    2 Stars at present (we don't have the full functionality we expected from our purchase); could be 5 Stars if Best Buy is able to make our system fully function. Steve McClosky, our Best Buy advisor, was everything we could have hoped for; he earned our trust as well as our respect. He was the reason we purchased from Best Buy. The installation team (Dave & Mike) was equally outstanding. They worked hard, possessed the required knowledge and skills, and displayed the patience and courtesy to endure this technophobic couple. So, why the interim 2 stars vice 5? Sadly, despite the intense effort, the installation team was not able to make the wall speakers and the "airplay" function work. Eventually, they opined the difficulty was due to the unique nature of our condominium's network. They assured us the Best Buy Geek Squad was up to the challenge and would contact us forthwith to make our system fully functional. We look forward to realizing the full benefit of our purchase.

    Good tv but wanted the 77” so the 65” was a little to small so go for the 77”

    I didn't even have this tv for 2 months. The tv itself has a great picture and sound. I loved it. But, I was watching a show and it just started making this rattling like sound and turned off. I contacted to get this issue resolved and was told if it requires parts that I'm responsible for it. For a 1700 dollar tv this is not what I expected. I'm disappointed and will not be buying again.

    Had to return this TV not even a week after purchasing. Had it for about 4 days, when the tv started getting blurry on people’s faces. Then all of a sudden, a green horizontal line at the bottom of the screen started popping up during black transitions on Netflix. Reset the tv, the display settings, deleted Netflix and nothing seemed to fix it. Looked at online forums and this is a common issue. Exchanged the TV for a Sony A80J for the same price and I have no regrets. Save your time and money.

    Everyday, the tv loses internet connectivity. Tries three fixes from YouTube but happens at least once a day. Very annoying and regret getting model. Great image and sound when it works between annoyances.

    Was talked down to this TV versus the the C1. 400 dollars i definitely should have spent. The picture is unbelievably dark. Great if you're watching a horror movie, not so great watching sports during the day.

    I've only had this TV for 6 months. 3 days ago it started "shutting down" for no reason. It got steadily worse (shutting down every 1-2 minutes), and now it won't even turn on. I've followed all the recommended troubleshooting and nothing has worked. It's a VERY expensive lemon. Extremely disappointed. I'm going back to Samsung....never have an issue with their TVs

    Upset that is a top of the line smart TV but you can't use hbo on it. That should be advertised NOT have your customers be surprised.

    Ordered on-line. Went to store. Was in bubble wrap. No stand. Was labeled as excellent condition so should have original box, stand, and all accessories. I did not accept it at the store. Took 4 hours to get credit back to my account.

    Worst experience ever open box ,lets try no box no remote no stand for the tv .The manager said they will change the price once it post and they didnt . The rating is not for the tv its for the best buy experience
