TV died about a week after purchase….

A white vertical line appeared on the right side of the TV. The next day it didn’t work….black screen with the white vertical line.

Broke after 2 weeks

Awful product condition

Great for 4k, no so much for 1080

defective port

Best Tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is our 3rd OLED; not because the first 2 we’re bad, but because there is NOTHING like an LG OLED. We have 2 65” and the 77” as well. If you want to watch a movie and see things you didn’t even know we’re IN the movie, buy an OLED, you’ll never want to watch tv on anything else again, not even IMAX.

We purchased a sound bar but not sure it was necessary...the sound is pretty good for the novice tv watcher. For the expert and more critical tv watcher, a sound bar is probably a good bet. The picture is amazing...so clear and crisp.

Hardware good, software horrible

The picture is excellent, vibrant colors with great whites and blacks. The stand allows you to put a sound bar below the TV. That is where things go south. The built in software is pathetic. No way to restart the tv without unplugging the tv. No way to view apps running in the background so that you can close apps that are misbehaving. A lot of the worthless apps cannot be deleted. I don’t think LG actually tested and used this TV. Companies need to do what they do well (in this case the screen) and leverage other companies that do better with software development. WebOS is absolutely horrible, they should have used Android TV. Spend the extra money on a TV that has mainstream supported software.

Best tv ever

Interface is garbage, Alexa and LG app worthless

I don’t really like the screensaver that it automatically turns on pretty quickly. The user interfaces absolutely horrible with things not popping up and it always takes you back to the video input which for me is just a receiver and pointless to see. I had a much better experience with TCL TVs. I’m looking at spending hundreds of dollars more just to get rid of this horrible interface
