Customers are saying

Customers value the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and ease of use of the 65" Class B2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2022). Many appreciate the OLED technology and its suitability for gaming, along with the smooth operating system. However, some find the remote control challenging to use, and the user interface requires adjustment. The price point is also frequently praised as excellent value.

Good picture but the remote is awful!!! We’ve had this tv for almost 3 months and the remote is still difficult to use. Also, the tv doesn’t turn off after a period of time. It uses a screen saver type of mode and then you have the turn the TV off for 5 minutes so it can reset.

The tv is solid but the remote sucks! I have to press the power button 2-4 times to get the tv to turn off/on…

This was an upgrade from a 7 year old Sony Bravia 55" that was having some operating system issues. I was on the fence between OLED and mini LED and went with the OLED. Picture quality is good. I had higher expectations for OLED but this is my first one. The operating system is great so far. Easy to use remote and set up options. The point feature of the remote nice. The remote is missing a an "input" button to easily switch between different inputs like cable, apps, dvd. You can program quick access buttons with the numbered keys but they you have to remember which one does what. We are using the stand and the sound bar in front of the TV blocks the remote signal to the TV. It's a standard size sound bar. Have to hold the remove up high to get to the TV. Also note, there is plastic on back of the TV that needs to be removed prior to use. The front plastic has red pull tabs the back has none. No mention of this in the unpacking instructions. Best Buy in store sales assistance great as usual. Item: LG 65" Class B2 Series OLED 4K UHD.

    Almost too Amazing

Beware! This tv is so great that it ruins the viewing experience on other screens. I went to the movies after purchasing this tv and all i could do was notice how dull the picture was and how gray the blacks were. The picture quality is clearly amazing and personally i dont think the upgrade to the C2 model is worth it (unless you need 4hdmi 2.1 ports). Also, for the first time since owning my PS5 and SeriesX have i felt that im getting my moneys worth out of next gen gaming. Another thing is there are plenty of reviews that say that the remote is bad but I havent had many issues with it. The pointer feature can be a little buggy at times but it makes up for it in convenience. The speakers are good enough. I think for most people it will be fine but an upgrade to a sound bar would likely be worth your time. Last thing i would suggest is getting the bestbuy warrenty for it. It comes with a limited LG warrenty but those arent going to be the people you want to deal with if anything goes wrong with the tv.

The picture is truly beautiful. The viewing angle is also really impressive. The screen is very thin, which is a concern should I ever need to move it. It just seems really fragile. My biggest issue is with the remote and and function controls. They just are not very user friendly.

Amazing picture quality from any viewing angle. The only thing i dislike so far is the remote. The pointer is frustating to ise and it cannot be adjusted or turned off. Not that i can find. I use my Apple TV box and remote and it is so much easier to enjoy.

Great TV, great picture. Remote control is a too high tech. Requires a little learning and makes it hard to just use the cable leading remote by itself.

TV is great! Amazing picture quality! Only reason it's not a 5 star is we can't figure out how to turn off the remote control motion feature. Otherwise great product!

    Happy with my choice

I researched before buying and I have no regrets. A few things I noticed are: 1) the stand is very short and the screen sits low. I use a sound bar and it almost blocks part of the screen so be aware of that. 2) the remote "eye" is at the bottom center so my sound bar does obstruct the remote unless I hold it above my head. After a few weeks of use, I am very happy with my purchase.

    HATE REMOTE

TV is great but the remote control is difficult to use. While it has many features, the center is a recessed button that is difficult to hit to get the channel. Trying to complete selecting a channel is frustrating. Not happy with this remote. Also LG channels constantly advertise LG. It gets old fast. I only use the TV for streaming and got rid of cable. Maybe that is the problem, Dont know. Frustrating all the same. Also could be the operator. I am not TECH savy.

Too many updates & too much lag...

My first OLED and the picture truly is amazing. Love how you can switch from video games to sports games and other modes. My biggest frustration is the amount of lag this very expensive TV has. For the latest and fastest process chips, it sure is slow. Also, this is my bedroom TV, and it's only used 1-2x a week. It has an update nearly EVERY time I want to use it. Just as frustrating as why I never play my Xbox anymore. Way too many constant updates. If I didn't pay a $1400 for this, I wouldn't be so annoyed but for this price point, I am astonished by all these bugs. The remote cursor feature is a nice touch, but it's always miscalibrated. I have to mirror my phone if I want to watch from my DirectTV app since they don't allow that app, unlike Samsung. My next OLED will not be an LG one.
