Little has been done about burn-in

It is super responsive for gaming, can reach a good brightness for a darker room, and has all of the features you would hope a TV at this price range would have. My major gripes are that LG has not done much to fix Burn-In or inspire confidence in customers that are worried about it. Sure LG will give the canned response about all of the "software" features that have "fixed" burn-in (they might even attach it to this review) but don't be fooled. They really don't help that much and LG's warranty department won't step up and help when (not if) it happens. Sure you get a 1yr warranty, but you'd have to try pretty hard to get it to happen in just 1 year. I can say that as a B7 owner, using Pixel Refresh, and the other Burn-In mitigating factors offered on that model did not keep it from dying after 4 years. It sucks spending this much on a TV and having to turn the panel down, turn off certain picture modes, and change the way you watch content just to keep your TV alive. OLED is a technology that you must work around, not one that is constantly reliable. I got the TV only because of a good black Friday deal. When buying an LG OLED, you are on about a 4-year timer til when it kicks the can with daily use. If you can live with that after spending this kind of money, you'll get some amazing picture quality out of it. If you are hoping that spending this kind of money will get you a 5-10yr set, look elsewhere.

Whole new experience

When I'm purchased a new TV I wanted something exciting something shocking something new. This TV is exactly that. I can't tell you how excited I am for Harry Potter Legends to come out for PS5. If you're a marvel fan tell your friends and family you're going to be busy for several hours or invite them over to blown their minds.

It has features that I do not use but are available. We subscribe to You Tube TV, Apple+, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max. It comes with a number of preloaded apps. All the apps work flawlessly and we are not disappointed. The TV has a very user friendly interface. It was on sale and was a good deal for the price.

It was great for years, but it no longer had the most current apps and was a little buggy at times. This TV has a great OLED picture and upgrade from 60” to 65”. Tons of applications and features and just enough HDMI 2.1 ports for me. No complaints on sound quality or other standard features. Very happy.

The tv, I couldn’t ask for anything better. No one complaint. The picture is clear and crisp. The volume is great. You also get free trails for different streaming. I would recommend this tv to anyone. You definitely won’t be disappointed!! I would never buy another tv unless it’s an LG and an OLED. YOU WILL LOVE IT !!

The picture is beautiful. We also bought a sound bar but hat we’re having trouble getting it to come on at the same time as the TV. Not sure what’s up with that? But the sound on the TV is fine I would not buy the sound bar again.. More because it isn’t working correctly than anything else.
