I was not pleased with the tv The people that I talked to were very understanding. They helped by finding me the same tv ,but new. I just had to pay the difference of the price. I am very satisfied. I would recommend Best Buy to everyone.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far me and my wife are loving this tv, I debated between this and the lgc2 but I didn't want to spend that much, and I think this was the perfect tv for us, we mostly stream and watch some movies, the sound wasn't bad but we added a sound bar to it, the only negative I can say is I wish the stand sat a lil higher, it's to low to put a sound bar in front of the tv if it's not wall mounted.
