    Great tv, too many updates. It lags sometimes but haven’t seen a flat tv that doesn’t yet. Bright images, good contrast. Great sound.

    I went to return an open box LG 65" OLED that I bought. I was not pleased with the tv The people that I talked to were very understanding. They helped by finding me the same tv ,but new. I just had to pay the difference of the price. I am very satisfied. I would recommend Best Buy to everyone.
