    We returned the TV because the picture quality was actually too good. We hated watching movies on it because of the soap opera effect. Even old TV shows like The Andy Griffith Show was enhanced so much that it looked fake. We couldn’t downgrade the quality enough with tuning adjustments to make the picture normal. Really liked the LG smart TV system which was easy to use especially with voice activated controls and searching. Actually the LG smart Tv was much better than the system on the Samsung TV which we have now after exchanging the LG at Best Buy.

    A great experience, incredible quality, it looks beautiful in any environment, the only problem is when unpacking it, it seems to me to be too fragile to move it, but ok!

    Great product. Amazing customer service from the store and Geek Squad home care. Total Tech. Is the way to go if buy more than 2 things a year. This tv is an awesome smart tv.

    TV is fantastic. It replaced an old LG 50 inch and the picture is just so much better. The blacks are as described in others very deep and sharp.

    Gorgeous Picture and if you’re buying a TV this large and nice I suspect you’ll have an audio system or sound bar to connect to it.

    Picture is nice but sometimes while watching TV for longer than 2 hours, the TV will turn off the picture and show me a message to push any button to turn it back on which does not!

    Recently purchased this tv. It is a nice tv for the price with plenty of accessory ports. The issue I am having is with the software and user agreements LG has installed on this tv. My other televisions have either ROKU or a firestick software and they are very user friendly. I never had to agree to excessively intrusive user agreements to be able to use the product. Unless you agree to their demands you cannot use all the features on the remote like the microphone, nor can you download additional apps. Other than what is already loaded. I was unable to get to settings for picture or sound adjustments. I do not recommend the purchase of this product.

    Not a big fan of this TV. Went back to using 3 remotes. Nightmare to have to sync with sound bar every single time you turn on and off. Lips and audio also constantly off. Not use friendly
