    I really like this TV, it is slim, looks beautiful and has good picture quality, at times. What I do not like is that within 3 months, the picture quality failed and causes it to go in and out of being blurry or clear. I get it happens, but so quickly on an expensive TV?

    Pink static fuzz whenever using disney + or netlflix. Scares the death out of my 1 year old. Did it since new so we just used youtube amd youtube plus. Called lg and they have no clue what the issue. After 3 months of the problem going and coming back we are trying to exchange it to a c2. Our old c1 never had an issue at all. It is an amazing tv when it works on select apps. Or when it decides to work on all apps randomly for a couple days.

    it wasn't the Geek Team you sent as I had paid for. my remote is not properly encoded so i cant access the features of my TV

    Absolutely not a good purchase. This particular TV has been horrible since shortly after purchasing. Huge disappointment!!!!

    This is a truly terrible TV. It looks beautiful but it's video processor is so terrible that it is nearly unusable. It can't play 24fps without glitching, it just can't. It plays 60fps just fine. I've been through a bunch of different players and cables because it didn't even occur to me that the TV itself would be what was making it cut out, but I'm the end that was the issue. Don't buy this TV. I'm reconsidering even buying LG again.

    The TV when turned on has a orange screen and has to be turned off and restarted. This has happened to me on several occasions

    This is the 2nd t.v. best buy set up for me. The 1st was defective out of the box. Now this T.V. is just a little over 3 months old and the picture is turning black at the top. I have to call for warranty service or new T.V.

    I had this tv for about a year and it has stop working The tv won’t power on so now I have to pay for someone to come out to let me know what is happening with it

    I have used this TV for 2 weeks now, so far I am satisfied with the features amd picture quality of rhe TV. Brightness is also more than required for a normal room light and its 120 hz and 4k shows up qhen you use PS5...the outcome is amazing...I would say you dont need evo panel since brightness difference and color output are alsmot same as C2. Onlt problem so far is when PS4 is plugged in to HDMI it starts when i hover my remote to choose some other options and thays anoying to shut the PS5 every time !!

    My salesman was a great and then fell off the face of the earth for after purchase help I needed. Sad The geek squad cut corners on the installation needs to be reinstalled
