    After less than 3weeks of unboxing, my remote control is no longer operational and the volume coming from the tv is longer as loud as it initially was. I purchased the $180 Geeksquad warranty when the Television was purchased, however the geeksquad representative told me that the only option i have is to return my tv because theres nothing that they can do for me. Id like to know what the purpose of the warranty if my only option is to return the products?

    Does not disappoint. Picture clarity is like night and day compared to my 2016 55” LG LED TV. Very bright picture makes it so much easier to see in the day time. Built in speakers are actually pretty good. I use a sound bar, but you can definitely get by without one
