TV Gets Confused with Apple TV

Before, I could turn on my Apple TV and regular TV simultaneously with the Apple TV remote and the same with turning it off. Now, the TV gets confused. If I turn on my Apple TV with the remote, the TV won’t turn on. When I then turn off the Apple TV, the TV will turn on, but the screen is blank. The same problem happen with the LG remote. I would then have to ‘drain’ the TV’s power and do a reboot everytime to get it working normally again. LG tech support said that it might be SIMPLINK issue, but we tried to adjust/turn on/off the settings and it still has the same problem. This was never an issue with my previous TV that I had for 7 years. For a nice TV, this isn’t nice at all.

Inadequate sound volume

Had to turn the volume up to 55 to equal 12 on other TV’s. Returned the B3 TV and for $300 extra upgraded to th C3 with great sound.

Not reccomended

Havent even had the tv for 2 years and its needing replaced, meanwhile my 20 year old plasma has no issues

Don’t waste your money on this

It freezes a lot, during live streaming it suddenly stops and restart from earlier times!! My old samsung tv works better and i regret buying this tv (i compared on the same program and connected to the same wifi!)

HDMI Failure

Was assured that Total Tech top tier plan would take car of any issues. But here we are toray with hdmi issues causing fuzzy images and sound issues to lg sound bar and i get told to csll LG. Appears that total tech is sold to customers in a misleading manner where you are told one thing but what is true bery different. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UPSETTING that i will now have to spend several weeks if not months to get this resolved. Evey had to deal with LG not pleasnt.

There seems to be a gradient from left to right.

No Spectrum app

The the connection to my Denom got screwed up so I had to not use my surround sound. Didn't like their customer service so I returned it for a Sammsung which I love.

LG issues a BOMB SHELL (NEW UPDATE)

The color has been something to be desired, with some adjustments it was OK. Recently LG issued an update. (13.30.80). To my amazement the color accuracy is much improved. Now the colors just POP. The contrast is out of this world. In a dimly lit room, such as my den, this TV is Asom. I now stream moves in "Filmmaker Mode" with no adjustments to color. I am very pleased with this TV!

Beautiful picture and easy set up

I use ethernet cable for internet so even the update was super fast and easy. I attached an ATMOS sound bar via the EARC line and the sound is amazing. I re-watched some of my favorite shows in Dolby Vision and OMG what a game changer. For best picture I used the AI to help me select the picture which was spot on to my preference. I did disable the power management stuff which makes the picture significantly brighter and more colorful. TV has always been TV to me but this is truly stunning and noticeably better than my last set.
