Delays on delivery, installation and take away of old TV. Had a confirmed delivery date on day of delivery it was rescheduled a week later. We had conflict on this date so changed to another week later, 9/23. Buy a new TV and it takes 17 days to get it, No explanation for initial cancellation

E-ARC does not work on this tv

Picture is good for the price. Forget about using HDMI to connect to a streamer. They sent a Geek Squad tech and he could not get it to work. I returned the first tv hoping it was defective. The replacement arrived and again the HDMI E-arc would not work. I should have bought the C4. If I could go back I would have demanded the C4 as a replacement.the $100 gift card they gave me for compensation was not worth it. They are knowingly selling TV's that have this issue. My 4 year old $400 LG worked just fine with this receiver. I have a very expensive Hi-Fi and cannot properly connect it to my tv. I am forever stuck with 2 remotes on my lap. Not happy with LG or Best Buy right now.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your experience about your LG TV (OLED65B4PUA) model HDMI eARC not functioning as expected with your streamer and receiver, leading to continued issues even after a replacement. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and exceptional services to ensure a smooth experience.

If you're experiencing HDMI eARC issues, ensure SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) is enabled in the TV settings and that the audio output is set to "HDMI ARC" or "Pass Through," not the internal speakers. Using different high-speed HDMI cables may also resolve connectivity problems, as cable quality impacts eARC performance. Your feedback is crucial, and we're eager to assist you further.

This purchase has been the absolute worst experience I could ever imagine. The TV and the stand that were delivered for set-up did not fit in the opening that I have available (built-in). I rejected both items and it's now been 5 working days and neither of the items have been returned to the store. However both items have hit my BB statement and are being billed to me even tho I am not in possession of either of the items. Customer service is absolutely the worse ever. No one at the local store is of help and neither are the CSR's through the customer care numbers. I was promised a call from the store (never happened) I was promised a call from the delivery company (never happened) and now I'm being told that I need to wait 2 more days for the items to be returned to the store. BB should be ashamed of themselves for using this company. Both of the guys that came to do the install were not professional at all. If I had known this would be the end result I would have taken the TV and the stand back personally. What a joke. I am so mad!!!

Bought this TV for its great picture, did not realize LG has issues with AVRs for home theater systems. I contacted LG, Harmon Kardon AVR and Roku with each pointing to someone else for the problem, but truth is I never had an issue with sound output before this LG "smart" tv. Constantly switches to tv speakers and then get no sound when i switch it back. When sound does decide to work, mute never works. I should have stuck to my older LED Samsung and returned this TV when i could rather than waste $1000.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about the sound issues you're encountering with your LG TV (OLED65B4PUA) model. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure a smooth experience. For the sound switching to TV speakers, this is often due to HDMI-CEC settings (Simplink on LG TVs). Try disabling this feature in Settings > All Settings > General > HDMI-CEC to stop the automatic switching.

Regarding the mute issue, check your audio settings to ensure the TV is set to external speakers (Settings > Sound > Sound Out) and the AVR is selected as the audio output. Consider resetting the audio settings or updating the TV’s software to the latest version to fix bugs. Remote is way too complicated. Try another brand.

Picture is great if you are able to watch what you want to watch. Cannot get "smart" remote to connect with Xfinity Cable box properly. Need 3 remotes ...LG TV remote, Roku and Cable box remote to make this thing work properly. Cannot get apps to work. LG makes you sign in to LG thin Q app first which is so incredibly convoluted still can't figure out how to get VUDU/Fandango to work where we have 300 movies stored. This is not a user friendly TV!! I have three other smart TV's that cost a fraction of this one and it took minutes to set up and I only need one remote to work them. Save your sanity and try another brand.

Hi, Lawrence. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concern about dealing with the setup challenges on your LG TV (OLED65B4PUA) model, especially when it comes to the remote connectivity and app issues. We strive to provide top-notch products and ensure a smooth viewing experience. For the remote connectivity issue with your Xfinity Cable box, we recommend trying the following: Go to Settings > General > Simplink and enable HDMI-CEC, which should allow your TV remote to control your cable box.
Check if there are any firmware updates available for your TV and Xfinity box, as this may help resolve compatibility issues. For guidance, you may visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-update-an-lg-smart-tv--1430510575535. Regarding the apps, for VUDU and Fandango, please ensure that your TV is signed into the LG ThinQ app first, and then try accessing VUDU/Fandango from the LG Content Store. It may also help to uninstall and reinstall the app if you’re still having trouble.

If you continue to have trouble with the setup, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process and assist further.

We appreciate your feedback, and we’re confident that we can help you get everything working smoothly. ^Juvy LG
