    Soooo we had such high hopes for this TV and spent hours while lockdown was on to find a TV in the store. This TV may be great for others but it is just too techy... with all the updates and apps only specific for an LG it’s very frustrating. My Vizio from Walmart is way better as far as functionality and ease and convenience goes. The “mouse” is frustrating as well and for an almost $3,000 price I just wanted it to be a little more user friendly. It sucks honestly but it is paper thin so that’s cool
