Amazing tv but can be found cheaper elsewhere

Nice 120 FPS refresh rate. Auto rest mode feature when connected devices aren’t in use within less than a few mins. No complaints from corner to corner. Remote is weird @ first but nice once you get used to it. Very thin so be cautious when unboxing or you’ll bend it.

But the third party you used canceled my order in the morning and that was kind of a headache. The third party was supposed to put the cabinet together that I bought from you guys for my television to sit on. We never found out why they canceled coming to my house.

The only small thing (not enough to drop a star) is the stand. Our 65 inch tv is not mounted and it sits a little low when using the stand. If you use a sound bar you will want to make sure it does not interfere with your view of the tv.

And incredibly impressed with the 3.5mm analog audio output. I wish it had coaxial instead of optical digital out but oh well. The analog out sounds just as good as one of my $1,000 DACs. However I'm most disappointed with the upsampling. All the content I use is 1080p. When I watch movies upsampled on my core to duo Windows machine the picture is perfect. However when a 1080p or lower signal is sent to the television it looks unacceptable in my opinion. I wish someone had told me that the CX model was only $200 more and supposedly has better upscaling. The last issue I had was with setting it up. I had just moved into a new apartment and we didn't have a table big enough to put the stand on the TV. So I had to rest it on the floor and kind of lift up the bottom. Lastly I didn't precisely explain how to carry the TV to my partner and I believe they may have damaged it by not holding it upright. It seems that thin bezels are more important than structural integrity.

Great Picture, but had a screen blinking problem

Picture was pretty amazing. I did have to return this, after only 1 week I was getting a screen that would blink black every now and then. I didn't want to deal with this issue for the amount of $$ paid for this TV.
