The TV is beautiful and clear. Truly I can see the pores on people's faces that appear on screen. Coming from a TV that was 720p, seeing this 4K panel is refreshing. The surround sound option that I found in the settings really fills up the room. Also the top of the panel is extremely thin. The bulk of it is towards the bottom where the peripheral connections are located. My main reason for not giving this product 5 stars is the remote control, user interface and speed. I wish there was a way to simply navigate with the arrows, instead of having to use the remote control as a wand for the mouse. The TV switches between the two when you use the scroll wheel or the arrows but I wish there was an option to just use one. As for the interface, I am a technology lover that usually gets the hang of operating systems quite fast and even I had trouble getting used to webOS. The sandwiching of tiles at the bottom of the screen just wasn't executed right. The speed is noticeably slow at times. Apparently I have to manually close apps to get the TV to run faster. If this was a TV for someone that wasn't as tech savvy, they would have a hard time using the system. Apart from those three things, I really enjoy seeing movies and shows on this TV. Some shows or movies actually give you a little icon at the top right corner letting you know that you are watching it in HDR. It really makes you feel like you are watching media the way the producers intended it to be seen. You turn off the TV and it starts up where you left it. Makes it much more convenient not to have to click on Netflix and just have it load up.

Got this 65” during the Black Friday sales. Coming from a 50” LG LED tv, so it was a considerable upgrade. Great vivid colors, which were breathtaking. But would always get this flickering effect During dark scenes. And would get this pixilated effect around moving characters on screen. It was enough that it got annoying, especially the flickering during dark scenes. Night scenes would also seem gray. I returned it after a few weeks and was happy to pay the extra to upgrade to the LG CX. so far, no flickering or pixilated artifacts. And great during dark scenes. Save yourself the headache and just spend the $200 or so more to get the CX

replaced a 55 inch , sony lcd 18 years old. I did not think there could be a better picture sharpness THAN sony. Ialso purchased the LG dvd and LG sound bar . THEY ARE ALL EXCELLENT.

Bought this model based on the info provided by the Best Buy associate and I am not disappointed. This is a great TV! I have always been a Samsung fan but love this LG.

I've owned the 65" OLED for over 4 yrs. Up until this week I would have said it performs excellent for movies but fair for sports. Now though, after less than 5 yrs of use, the screen is failing. Anytime there is supposed to be red, yellow, orange or tan colors, there now are green blotches from edge to edge across the bottom third of the screen abd running up from the bottom to half way up the screen. LG refuses to help. I've performed several panel refresh efforts and a total reset to no avail. THIS IS A VERY COMMON OLED PROBLEM! I have a Sony LED that is 14 yrs old and works flawlessly. My replacement for this LG $3,000 piece of trash will be a Sony!!

Excellent TV and Screen Quality. Works great after 1.5 years of 24/7 Use by and elderly parent. Very happily with it.

One reason I got the OLED65BXPUA is to use Bluetooth headphones. However the BT is almost unusable... Latency continually varies between close to right on to a delay of over a second. There are also spontaneous dropouts of around half a second duration that vary from every 2 minutes to 5 to 10 minutes. I've used both Sony and Razer headphones. The Razer headphones would shut off after 2 minutes. I'm thinking the BT problem is hardware related, otherwise LG would have fixed it with a firmware update. Perhaps these problems are fixed on the CX version of the TV. Now I have to pay for a BT transmitter. The TV also crashes sometimes after you've used a certain number of apps.

Replaced my old OLED with this new one. Got it on a open box as the deal was too good to turn it down.

Nice clear picture. Has bells and whistles that I won't use, but the wife likes seeing them. I really did like the Geek Squad installing the TV.

Great TV, Glad we bought it at Best Buy. They inspected it at the store. Sales person was great. The TV works as advertised and no issues were found.

We are very pleased with our new TV. Delivery personnel were efficient and our tv was installed very quickly.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great TV. But, the processing could be a bit better (faster) and the lighting could also use a bump. Makes me wonder if I should have sprang for the CX model that offers both those upgrades.

The sales people in LA were great and patient. The delivery geek squad guys in Saratoga Ny were equally patient and knowledgeable.

We love the television and the installation went incredibly. Anton your employee went over the top to make it incredible.

Really thin feels like it could break when trying to put it on stand, its a really light tv love the colors and images.

You get what you paid for. Great TV. It’s so intelligent it connects to all my devices that I don’t even think it’s possible.
