I ordered it in the store and now I am still waiting. Originally it was scheduled for a store delivery of October 15, then when I called the customer service number located overseas to ask to have the item delivered to my residence, the representative cancelled my order. I would not have discover that the item was cancelled had I not called to confirm my change. When I asked to have it reinstated, the representative said it would not arrive until November 1st. I am hoping this will become a reality. I received an email stating that the delivery is delayed and that Best Buy is attempting to get the delivery on the anticipated delivery date. Let's see.

The picture quality is fantastic. But when the tv constantly keeps losing the WiFi connection it ruins your experience with this product. I should have stayed with Sony.
