I got this tv in November 2023. In July 2025 it was dead no power. The tv was $1600 when I bought it. I will say when it worked, I loved the picture. Movies, tv and gaming was great. The constant prompting to update the OS was annoying. I would give more that 1 star, but it's dead after a year and a half. So, I'm left with, do I try to fix it? LG offers some flat rate repair of $349 but that only has a 90 day warranty? Or I recycle it and buy another for anywhere from $350 for a 55" to $1200. Sure the $350 may not be OLED, but what can you trust? At least at $350, I could just recycle it every few years. SMH. So incredibly frustrating. Likely my last LG purchase. Luckily had my sons tv from his dorm as he was home from school for the summer. Pic of the setup. And I'll say, after leaving the house, room, or just not thinking about it, to walk in and see it, it's like you get mad all over again. Died on a Sunday, so I was left to stew about it.

So far so old. Clear, clean picture and the 65” is the right size for my wall.

We love our new TV. Picture and sound is great. Super light weight, light enough for me to carry and help with the set up.

Despite the fact that I had a cracked screen and then a power failure on my 2nd, the third TV is awesome. Also the customer service of both Best Buy and LG in replacing the first two deserved 5 stars plus.

An exceptional TV. Colors are stunning and the detail is jaw dropping. OS and user interface is the best of all brands. The most user friendly and useful remote. Definitely buy an LG.

This tv is currently dead less than 5 months in; it started withr the screen not turning on woth flashing and steady red lights at the buttom, and within minutes of the flashing totally gone. Ive tried all of the self fix methods, unplugging and button combinations with nothing working at all. Ive also contacted LG support which is horrible; they created a repair order this past Sunday and was supposed to send a technician Tuesday to see the TV, but they never showed up. When I called Thursday, LG told me that the technician accepted then abruptly cancelled the request-- When I asked why I wasnt alerted of the change I got no answer. Finally I asked for an escalation route to get the entire tv replaced, the support person refused, they said I need to wait for a tech (who apparentlt can accept and cancel at will qith notifying) The TV picture is beautiful, but I cant say the same about the build quality nor LG support. I have a nice looking 2k paper weight hanging on my wall currently and it seems it will be that way for a little while until I get some 3rd party involved (maybe BBB) Ps: adding the photo LG require when requesting a service. Even though I told them thr TV is dead they still require a picture of it with the tv remote in the shot. Enjoy

You really can't go wrong with this television. I have absolutely no complaints. LG OLED televisions cannot be beat and Best Buy had a nice selection to choose from plus they provide custom installation.

This is the second LG OLED 65” to we bought from Best Buy. The tvs are great and u gave to commend the Geek Squad who put up the tv and helped us set up the tv as well. They were friendly, great at what they do, friendly, and helpful.

I love my new T.V.! I think this T.V. is definitely great for those who have a hard time seeing, as I do. Not only is the mass of the T.V. perfect, but the quality is absolutely outstanding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I replaced a LG TV from our den with a new bigger model LG. Not that the old one is broken, which is over 15+ years old. It’s been moved to one of our bedrooms. Happy with its operation and longevity!
