Posted .We're sorry to hear your sentiment towards the Ads appearing on your LG TV's Home Screen. Please know that it was designed that way to provide better content. If these ads are really bothersome for you, you may turn it off by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Settings menu on your LG Smart TV.
2. Go to General settings.
3. Select Home Settings.
4. Find the option for "Home Promotion" and turn it off.
Once done, the Ads should no longer appear on your home screen. ~Bridge
