    Great picture. Really bad sound. I expected the “AI” options would eliminate the requirement for me to be a a technologist but still have trouble fine tuning the experience

    I am happy with the TV so far. The picture is good and the sound was good but now have a sound bar. I returned a Samsung and purchased this LG. Happy so far.
