This TV show’s beautiful. We get lots of positive comments when people see it. Set up was easy. Picture quality is nice. Had a glitch when watching anime for a long time but it cleared up.

Michaeljuan and his colleague were friendly, professional and very kind. They installed two televisions for us and did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgable about the products and had helpful recommendations for accessories. Wish we had more rooms that needed televisions so we could have them back!

This is why you never not go with oled. Striking and vivid colors across the board.

The OLED is beautiful! Very bright; I couldn’t be happier. Dolby Vision support is superb.

LG has made a really nice tv. However, the sound on the TV is hit or miss depending on what you are doing with it. Gaming sounds are great unless there is spoken communication in the gameplay which is quickly a noticeable issue. The speech is much lower and echo's. If you don't wear headphones when you game and there is gameplay that has speech you will notice it. Also, custom setting on the picture has to be used more than I would like. The tv automatically changes the picture and sound depending on the input but the picture for movies is sometimes to washed out in a yellow haze. Just bought a Govee backlight to see if it will help with the contrast.

Upgraded from a TCL 6 series and so far loving the upgrade especially for a dark room setup

I've had the tv for a month now and the performance has been outstanding. I had to get my settings from youtube since the user manual is lacking. Once I found the temperature setting under the white balance, everything got warmer. The stand is excellent and the footprint should fit almost any tv stand. When unpacking apparently proper handling is essential. I guess oleds shouldn't be laid flat. I have it connected to an av receiver.
