I only stream video with it and it has really nice quality picture. Where it lost me, and I did verify this reading other reviews around the web, is absolutely HORRIBLE Bluetooth audio volume. Even with the volume at 100% on the tv and the remote speaker, it’s still garbage. I have 3 other tvs with bt speakers that operate much better than this one.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV has a great picture which is about all I like, the remote is garbage, the pointer feature cannot be turned off and half the time I try to navigate a menu the pointer hits something I don't want and it jumps over to it. The buttons on the remote are so close together there's no tactile feel in-between so I am constantly looking at the remote, no fun in the dark, and who thought the button to push to select should also be a wheel?? Half the time I go to hit it I scroll up and it does something I don't want. The "LG" channels are a nuisance that keep coming back, I delete them and a few days later some are back and despite the fact I have opted out of EVERY thing I can I am still getting "personalized suggestions". Thanks LG just what I need is more tracking and suggestions I don't want. Calling LG customer support is useless, if you get past the voice prompt menu you get transferred to an AI that you have to deal with, once I finally got to a person they were never able to understand the problem I was having, so after 20 minutes I just say thank and good bye. WORST customer service I can remember, and I went to the DMV last week. I miss my Sony.

Regarding the pointer feature, you can disable it by following these steps:
Go to Settings.
Select All Settings.
Navigate to General.
Choose Pointer Options.
Toggle the "Pointer" option to OFF.
For the remote's button layout, we understand your concern and will forward your feedback to our product team for consideration in future designs.
To manage LG channels and personalized suggestions:
Press the Home button on your remote.
Go to the LG Content Store.
Select My Channels, and you can manage LG channels from there.
