Am yet to see what why options are. Best Buy had a tech come over and looks like he is gonna order parts for the repairs. Will review after that

Extremely disappointed

I’m not even a heavy user. I was playing a video game and a red vertical line stretched across the screen. I turned the TV off and then attempted to turn it back on to clear the line; only now it won’t even turn on. It flashes the red vertical line and a white horizontal line and then immediately flips back off. I did the power cycle steps as shown on YouTube. Best Buy was zero help. It’s under warranty with LG, and took about three hours of trying to get a hold of customer support; they required me to go through the same steps as I did on YouTube, send videos and photos, and it was determined that the TV screen needs to be replaced. While I have been in touch with a technician, it’s been two weeks and I still don’t have an ETA for repair as to when LG will replace the screen. On top of that. I had this professionally installed by the geek squad, and I have to get this 65” TV down off of its mount so that the technician will work on it. No one is willing to help. Paid $1600 for this TV and it worked for five weeks. LG customer support is trash. Do not recommend.

DON'T BUY FROM BESTBUY OR LG

I can't get anyone to help resolve the issues and there are plenty of posts online of other users having the same issues with this LG 65 OLED TV

Can't focus correctly on older shows on streaming

You would think for a newer tv like this it would perform better

Not happy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an issue with the tv where it doesn’t register the Xbox is turned on sometimes and I have to press the power button multiple times to turn it on and off multiple times to get it to show up on screen and if the Xbox breaks because the tv is awful I’m gonna be annoyed. Never had this issue with the other tv from the same company or any tv for that matter it’s happened multiple times with this one and it hasn’t happened for like a week or two maybe but it just happened and was really irritating I doubt the Samsung one would have this issue.
