Beautiful screen, annoying software

Great viewing angle, color, and brightness options. However, I'm really annoyed this TV doesn't support Chromecast (or compatible). Also, the menus are not super intuitive and the magic remote is so much larger than anyone needs these days.

Like my new LG TV

First time they delivered the delivery guy, Roberto, was NOT interested in going to the trouble to install and take away the old ones. Said he would get rid of them for for $60 each. I had already agreed they would be taken away free. Next delivery was ok and stalled perfectly

Very poor interface to customerizet user taste

The menu is very poor. Would give it a 3 star for its very poor interface for customerizing user's taste and preference.

Am yet to see what why options are. Best Buy had a tech come over and looks like he is gonna order parts for the repairs. Will review after that

Extremely disappointed

I’m not even a heavy user. I was playing a video game and a red vertical line stretched across the screen. I turned the TV off and then attempted to turn it back on to clear the line; only now it won’t even turn on. It flashes the red vertical line and a white horizontal line and then immediately flips back off. I did the power cycle steps as shown on YouTube. Best Buy was zero help. It’s under warranty with LG, and took about three hours of trying to get a hold of customer support; they required me to go through the same steps as I did on YouTube, send videos and photos, and it was determined that the TV screen needs to be replaced. While I have been in touch with a technician, it’s been two weeks and I still don’t have an ETA for repair as to when LG will replace the screen. On top of that. I had this professionally installed by the geek squad, and I have to get this 65” TV down off of its mount so that the technician will work on it. No one is willing to help. Paid $1600 for this TV and it worked for five weeks. LG customer support is trash. Do not recommend.

television purchase
