    RIPPED OFF BY BEST BUY! TV failed after 60 days. Worse television ever - never had a TV fail like this in my life. Total scam.

    Too dim. Even after cranking the brightness to 100 this tv is too dim. You really have to get the G3 to get bright enough. $2000 waste of money.

    Very upset that the TV is not Spectrum compatible and we were never told this. Have to use everything thru Roku so we do not get the true quality of the television!!!

    Outstanding picture quality and easy set up

    After much research, we decided on this LG tv. What a difference in picture quality over our 9 year old set. The set up was easy - except- connecting our Onyko receiver with Bose speakers. I connected using HDMI eARC connection. Speakers worked great when watching Directv, but after switching to an App to stream, no sound. I tried everything and LG support was helpful, but could not figure it out. I had not changed anything and it was working great on our old TV that was set up the same way. LG told me that the TV was not made to connect external speakers - WHAT???? I decided to go through every menu item on my Onyko and found one setting CEC that was off. I turned it to on and everything worked perfectly. Strange it worked before, but it fixed everything. All of my speakers work perfectly now. The Magic Remote was easy to program, however it will not change channels on the Directv. So we use the Directv remote and the LG remote when switching to streaming. Not a big deal. Overall it took me a full day to complete setup - only because of the speaker issue - LG tv was up and running within minutes. The picture quality is fantastic and very happy with our decision on LG.

    Very happy with the purchase of the LG C3 OLED, have not made any adjustments to the TV, just plugged it in and connected our Apple TV 4K, Scanned for local TV stations Using an antennae. Picture is incredible, Brightness, etc... all excellent again without any adjustments.

    Great TV...AFTER I Got It Set Up (read the review)

    I was ABOUT TO RETURN THIS to Best Buy, but finally got it to work the way it is designed, so I kept it! The picture is fantastic, to say the least. The built in speakers are only so-so; however, the sales rep in the store didn't promise them to be more than that. The "almost deal killer" was the wretched, horrible, atrocious lack of product documentation that is available! The Best Buy support group was unable to help me. Then, I went to the "chat" feature offered by LG. That person terminated the chat dialog! (YES, I was rather angry with that!) Then, I phoned and spoke with a person from LG. She was able to talk me through the rest of the setup. THERE IS NO user's manual that you can download. NOTHING other than a very cryptic "owner's manual" that is worthless. Apparently the only way to get help is to nose around on LG's website or to CALL them! I love the TV -- NOW THAT IT'S SET UP. I almost bought a Sony, but didn't. Had I known that NO adequate & complete user's guide was available, I would NOT have purchased this. However, now that I have it set up, it's a great TV. I have connected my Sony 5.1 sound system with Blu Ray player to it. It works & sounds great -- NOW! I'd have given the TV a 5 Star rating; however the lack of adequate documentation to set up and use held my rating back. Buy this only if you're a tech wizard and "just know" how to set up on your own. Or, purchase it if you enjoy speaking with support staff on the phone!

    The tv has a crystal clear picture and the colors are very bright. The realism of the screen seems like you are watching in the theatre. The ability to adjust the brightness is a game changer

    I used to just purchase LG appliances because of their reliability and customer service/ support but lately I have been purchasing LG DVDs players and TVs. No exception for this LG OLED65C3PUA because of the quality and customer service. I was comparing between this LG and SONY-65” Class BRAVIA X-RAY A80L OLED 4K the price was very close but LG was brighter than SONY. This come from a guy that uses SONY most of my life (and still have two SONY TVs and two DVDs player).

    The LG C3 was great, right out of the box. It has many features but still easy to navigate. The picture is crystal clear with nice contrast. I didn't see the need to tune the TV. It appears setup good from the factory. I was surprised by the quality of sound from the TV. It was better than any other TV I've owned. I would recommend the C3 to anyone looking for a nice OLED.
