Many appreciate its performance for gaming and the OLED technology's impressive contrast. However, some users find the remote control design and the price to be less satisfactory. Can’t balance the color on this set. Not as easy as it should be for a “top of the line model”. Very disappointed in LG

Great until they decide to control how you watch.

One of the recent updates took away all picture settings leaving only OLED care, no vivid, cinema, game, etc, no ability to change the brightness... basically no picture settings at all! So now the picture is always a little too dark. On top of that instead of my TV going straight to roku, which is all we use, it forces us to start with LGs menu which requires multiple clicks to get out of. I don't want your menu. I didn't sign up for your stupid portal, I paid 1k+ to have an oled that I watch the way I want to watch. I have 2 lg monitors, 2 lg oled tvs, and I almost bought an lg laptop right as this crap-tastic 'update' rolled out. I will never buy lg again, although I worry that this is the plan for all the brands, to play big brother and control how the tv works after it has been bought . I really hope not... Here's an idea; if you don't want to pay out warranty on screen issues, then have the tv track how bright the tv is for what amount of time and if it's over a certain time or percentage don't cover it? idk We've gone through all the settings and there doesn't seem to be a way to undo this.

LG is the worst. Constant daily Update pop ups.

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I will never buy a LG TV again. There is a daily "Update reminder" that pops up on my screen every time I turn the TV on. It is impossible to remove. It should be the Users choice weather to Update or not. It should the Owner of the TVs choice if they want to disable LG Pop up reminders harassing me every day. Even if you are a sheep and do what they tell you to do and Update, there will be new constant demands to Update. I do not want a TV that constantly has pop-up Update reminders. LG is the worst.

The product is amazing. I iwn 3 OLED TV’s. My review is foe rhe terrible customer service. I went to purchase item and they said if i transport it myself, flat that it voids the warranty! LOL HOW DO YOU EXPECT PPL RO TRANSPORT THE TV?? no one holds a tv upright except a truck but then you risk it tipping over and falling. I said what if its damaged when i get home, and they said well if the box isnt damaged then its not their fault. LOL. Tv can still be damaged from warehouse even if box is intact. Plus how would they know how i transport tv? He said they have cameras to look it up …. At this point, the attitude and hassle makes me disgusted with BB. Im gonna shop at Amazon and give them my money.

bought a c2 13 months ago and now it`s in the repair shop. one of the unlucky ones. it`s either the mother board or panel. doesn`t matter a tv should last more than 13 months. call me someone who doesn`t believe in coincidences but it all started right after my warranty ran out and then a software update and then problems started. as i saw from another review it was the same thing, went to turn it on and all i got was the red light at the bottom of screen blink once and that is all it does. talked with lg support tried a few things and they said has to go in for repairs .if it`s dead and have to buy new one i`ll go back to samsung or try my luck with sony , but lg is out.

    LG does not honor warranty

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Do not buy LG products. I had an OLED with a bad panel, confirmed by technician that was sent out, but LG would not honor repair or replacement. Good thing I purchased extended warranty through the store. The only issue was I had to use a bad TV for 10 months until the mfg warranty expired. Purchase LG at your own risk and pray you have no issues within their manufacturer warranty time. I will never buy an LG product again because of their terrible customer service.

This has been the worst t.v. We have ever purchased. I don’t know if the installers are the problem or if it’s the T.V. But the screen constantly glitching and you miss key moments of the program you are watching. This is especially disappointing when watching live sports!

Hi, there. Thanks for sharing your feedback on the LG OLED TV (OLED65C3PUA) model. We regret any confusion or disappointment caused regarding the screen size.

The screen size of a TV is typically measured diagonally from corner to corner. In the case of the OLED65C3PUA, the screen size is 65 inches diagonally. However, it's important to note that the actual dimensions of the TV may be slightly smaller due to the bezel or frame surrounding the screen. We will consider your comments as we strive to improve our product descriptions and provide more precise information to our customers.
