I walked into the store looking for a device to where I could use two different headphones when watching tv. The salesman said if your interested in a new tv the LG’s have that capability. They have always been my favorite tv so I bought one. He knew why I was buying the tv & he asked me if I would like to have someone come & set it up & show me the features of the tv. I said that would be great! He said it was $250 for the service & I said okay. He then told me that I could have it delivered & set up in a couple of days but if it was him he would wait till a geek squad person could set it up & that would be the following week. I told him that makes sense & I want someone who knows what there doing & what I want. (2 headphones to be connected to the tv so 2 people could listen to it with different headphones) so I wait an extra week for the tv & the guy that shows up with it doesn’t know anything about the tv! I had to convince the tech that the tv even had that function! I made it very clear that he wasn’t going anywhere till the 2 headphone thing got figured out! After more of talking the guy into figuring it out because that was the reason I bought the tv! He finally figured it out, handed me the remote & walked out! Didn’t explain crap about anything! So I paid you guys $250 to put a tv on the wall? You pay for a service you expect to get it! So whoever reads this DO NOT pay the money for their expertise to set things up for you! It’s a scam! Then when I told the manager at the store about it his response was “ yeah sometimes that happens sorry!” Not right!
