Great TV with a wonderful picture. I gave 4 stars because the tv started to freeze up and drop connection with Internet. Tv would reset to factory settings and we would have to reinstall all our apps. Was happening every few days. Hopefully it was just a motherboard issue with that one tv. We returned it. Loved it when it was working!

Excellent tv. Zero complaints. Clarity is amazing

Sam was on time and very knowledgeable. He was the third tech sent to install my 65” tv. The other two could not or would not do it. The first one Carlos refused to install it after he told me I Needed a different mount but wanted $200 to cancel geek charges and I would pay him instead. When I thought he would order the new mount he corrected me and said I was supposed to order it. When I tried to tell him that was not my understanding he hung up. Then called back and told me he was not going to Install my tv cause I insulted him and disrespected him. The second tech was very nice but said he needed another tech to help him mount it. Strange because Sam came today and did it all within an hour. On time super neat and efficient. If there were a higher rating than five I would give him a ten.

Great tv -picture quality is top notch great for ps5 and ps5 pro. Bought it for gta 6 coming next year

Really great tv! No problems so far. Remote sound level control is too close to the menu selecting icon. In a dark room it's hard not to press the wrong button.

Without the difficulties of Amazon and others, Best Buy is always the better, easiest way to shop. All they need is Eco Flow products As for the LG? Always love them. But more importantly… is the service. In with the new and out with the old just as fast. Listening to instructions, the delivery service were out about the same minute as they entered… while being careful with the items. Always 5 stars with me. Love the fact that I can walk in as well. Breathtaking rich dark deep colors, and also the first time I've liked the OS of a Smart TV, always been using the Apple TV 4K but if anything, the webOS works just fine for my needs, sure, it's a steep price to pay, but you'll definitely be getting your money's worth.

Panel is good. Software is horrible. Updates regularly make things worse and make the TV less responsive for basic commands like switching video modes. Also, it regularly "loses" sound pass-through when utilizing HDMI-CEC. Forcing you to turn everything off and back on despite the fact the channel is being detected by the sound bar. It's buggy.
