Best Buy is my ONLY choice for top-quality products and service. My family and I have been loyal customers since our local store opened in the 1990s. Your San Marcos store has the absolute expert, Roger, in the TV department. I have purchased 3 LG TVs from him: 2021 - 55", 2024 - 43 inch, and this year in 2025, after waiting 4 long years and countless conversations about the LG OLED TVs with Roger, we finally bought the 65" C4 OLED with the LG 3.1.1 Soundbar with the 5-year and 4-year service contracts respectively, to protect our purchases! During the buying process, he answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction, and my wife, who is skeptical of all salespeople, was impressed with his knowledge and was completely sold on making this considerable investment. We have been watching all our favorite TV shows and movies, and the OLED picture quality, its depth of picture, and unlike a lot of TVs that have black that looks more dark gray, the OLED's black is amazing! We just watched Star Wars and we were blown away! It is like nothing we have seen before. Who needs to go to a movie theatre when we have our new OLED TV with an incredible sound system? In today's world of cut-throat pricing and so many websites offering the same product, Best Buy stands out as the number #1 leader in customer satisfaction and product choice. I would suggest to anyone buying consumer electronics or any product that Best Buy offers, to give them a chance to answer your questions and compare what they are offering against what the others are selling. It will be time well spent, so you can make a highly informed buying decision that you will not regret!

    Hello OLED

I bought this TV almost two weeks ago and so far, we are loving it. I got tired of waiting for my 14-year-old LG 55-inch LED TV to break and decided to upgrade it anyway to a bigger, better, and newer TV. This is my first OLED TV. I struggled deciding whether I should stick with what has worked or to get to an OLED TV. Seems TV buying has gotten complicated in the last 14 years. Light, no light, viewing angle, burn-in and the list goes on. Well so far, we are amazed. The picture quality is amazing. I am not sure what people are talking about regarding a green tint being visible when viewed from an angle, I have not seen anything like that yet, just a crystal-clear image. The TV has way more features and capabilities than what I will use, like gaming, according to reviews, it gets high scores for that. I know a lot of people complain about LG's WEBOS and the magic remote, but I do not mind those. Right now, I am using WEBOS and an Amazon 4K Firestick to see which one is better to use. The WEBOS and magic remote seems easier and faster, plus it is one remote. No disappointment or buyer's remorse yet. Especially when you go from a 2009 TV to a 2024 TV. I skipped several upgrades along the way making this upgrade a night and day difference. Like a lot of people have said, as with most TVs the sound is a little weak. It is not bad for casual TV viewing, but you might be disappointed during movies or when streaming music. I added a Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, and it really made a difference. Other than that, no complaints. As always, BestBuy made my TV purchase super simple, and Geek Squad did a professional delivery and installation.

This purchase was between the LG-65" class C4 and Sony Bravia XR- A75L. Both seemed to be comparable models and I was really drawn to the Sony for the processing. However I never was able to actually view the Sonys picture in store. When decision time came the price of the Sony went up to the same as the LG, so I went for the LG. I must say that I have no regrets on my decision. The LGs picture is GREAT; I haven't had a chance to play with all of the settings yet but so far I'm totally pleased with my new TV. My previous tv was a Sony XBR-900E 55" that got fried by a surge/spike and I was originally looking to replace with another 55" but got persuaded to go for the 65" (absolutely the right move). Can't wait for football season to start !!

One of the best TVs I’ve owned. Picture is great color obviously is the main reason to get oled. I’ve had a single issue, that was fixed by a power cycle. I don’t use the smart apps, I use it with a nvidia shield pro so ymmv.

In a few words…this television is an exceptional upgrade from the 60” 2017 LG UHD (which still functions just fine). The picture and audio quality are incomparable to some of the other big-name televisions. I would recommend this television to anyone who values an extremely clear picture and who is also willing to spend the extra money for a good, quality product. As one of my old friend’s would say, “if you want to play, you’ve got to pay.” Good quality often comes at a higher price. Now, for the not so good. We are living in the year 2024 and one would think that a mega brand, such as LG (one which makes up 90% of all major appliances in my house) would have, or offer, better software to go with their products. The LG ThinQ app is the absolute worst. The app often loses connection with the televisions and the private audio does not work upon leaving the app (to surf Safari). The app also has quite a few misspellings on it, which initially made me think that I had downloaded some bootleg version of the app. I also purchased an LG soundbar (7.1.3) to go with one of the LG C4 televisions that I purchased and this too was not user friendly at all. The soundbar has three LED lights behind the mesh screen that blink, or flash, in a particular sequence to supposedly indicate particular settings and outputs for the bar. What I would love to see from LG, a company that I have been loyal to over the years, is better continuity, connectivity, and ease of use among LG’s products. I believe LG has great products, but should work on the software side of things – which is oh so important in today’s competitive environment. If Apple products were this difficult to use with one another, I would not purchase them…LG should be no different. In the year 2024, there is no reason not to have a user-friendly app to accompany any television, washer, dryer, soundbar, blu-ray player, or any other electronic LG sells. I pay for a premium product, I expect a premium service and software that compliments it and makes it easier to use. LG, please do better.

Excellent TV. It has great color/picture settings out of the box, but with a couple of tweaks (specifically turning off all AI settings), it becomes a truly amazing experience. I enjoy gaming and watching movies, so it definitely helps having separate picture modes for that. My only gripe is that it has a certain way of making anything that's solid yellow look a little blurrier than any other color on the screen. It was only noticeable when I played games like Donkey Kong Bananza or Fortnite, so it hasn't really been a problem outside of those instances. Otherwise, I'd say this TV is perfect for the price! Better than my Samsung Frame by miles, so I'd highly recommend this for anyone's 1st OLED TV.

We’ve now had 3 LG OLED televisions and not sure we’d own anything else as our main television. The new evo is definitely improved over prior models. Our main TV is on ~20 hours on a daily basis since we’re typically up very early even on the weekends and someone is almost always home with the TV on. Intrigued about the use of deuterium-based compounds to enhance brightness, efficiency, and lifespan. Time will tell on the lifespan.

I already have an older OLED CX and C2 model in the house, but it was time to upgrade the main sitting area with an OLED as well. I went with another LG over the similarly rated Samsung S90D since I already had brand experience, and the newer models like the C4 support Dolby Vision for HDR (not on Samsung) and DTS audio formats (this TV is located in an area that we use for disc playback that often have DTS formats that are not supported on the Samsung). All OLEDs look amazing with their perfect blacks / contrast, and the main decision for most buyers will be a brand's brightness, OS, supported features, etc. so dolby vision and DTS support were the ones that had me picking the LG.

Absolutely Stunning OLED TV – A Massive Upgrade!

I recently purchased the 65-inch LG C4 OLED, and I am beyond impressed! This TV is a massive upgrade from my old regular LED 4K TV, and the difference is simply out of this world. Picture Quality – A Feast for the Eyes The Dolby Vision support was my top priority, and this TV nails it. The HDR performance is breathtaking, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and crisp detail that truly brings movies and games to life. Whether I’m watching a 4K Blu-ray or streaming Dolby Vision content, the clarity and contrast are next level. Audio – Surprisingly Excellent I wasn’t expecting much from built-in TV speakers, but the sound quality is fantastic. The Dolby Atmos support creates an immersive experience, and dialogue is crisp and clear. While I use external speakers, the TV’s built-in audio is surprisingly good on its own. Connectivity – Seamless & Versatile One of the standout features is the Bluetooth connectivity. I can easily connect my existing Bluetooth speakers and soundbars, making setup effortless. With four HDMI ports, Wi-Fi, and smart features, this TV connects to everything I need, and it’s straightforward, essy to do. Gaming & Smart Features If you’re a gamer, this TV is a awesome for you. With 120Hz refresh rate, NVIDIA G-Sync, and FreeSync support, gaming is buttery smooth with no lag or screen tearing. I tested PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X games, and PC games (via Steam and Game Pass) on it, and they look amazing! Plus, the webOS interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and more. Worth Every Penny, this is the best TV I’ve ever owned.

    LG 65" OLED Display

OLED is still the best display technology until something else comes along to de-throne it. Blacks are blacks and whites are whites and thousands of colors in between are crisp and bright. Viewing angle is superb, much better than LCD display technology. That being said this TV replaces my 4 and a half year old LG OLED display that suddenly developed an intermittent issue with something on the mother board leading to random on/off issues and picture freezes all by itself with no inputs whatsoever. My childrens LG TVs are all working fine so I managed to get this 2024 model year set for half what I paid 4.5 years ago. The picture is that good!

I've had this tv now for about 3 weeks now and I'm loving it. It was very easy to set up, the picture looks great right out of the box, it has tons of features, and the remote works really well too. I have the tv located in my main living room where it is well lit and this tv still performs well. No issues of it being to dim...the tv is bright enough to hang/place in bright rooms. Before purchasing this tv, I did quite a bit of research. It came down to 3 tv's...Samsung's OLDED, Sony's OLED, and this one. The next step was to go to Best Buy to see them in person and compare them. When I got to the tv section in the store, an employee approached me and directed to me to the 3 tv's. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me make the RIGHT choice! What's even better was that I was able to get this tv for 1600$! Best Buy had my tv delivered to my doorstep for free and the gentlemen who brought my tv were professional and did a very nice job. After hanging my tv on the wall, I looked up picture settings for this tv and found a great video on youtube that takes you step by step in setting up your video settings for SD, HDR, Dolby Vision and Gaming. These settings made my tv look even better!!! If your looking for an amazing tv with an amazing picture, then I highly recommend you getting the LG C4....you will not be disappointed!!
