The picture is great but I still prefer my remaining Plasma TV picture. The OLED picture is the closest to Plasma. That is why I purchased an OLED TV. The OLED sound quality is greatly improved over my remaining Plasma TV. The sound has a theater quality to it when watching certain presentations. Watching an OLED during daylight hours is much better than my Plasma. The reflections on the OLED screen are greatly reduced.

I bought this TV almost two weeks ago and so far, we are loving it. I got tired of waiting for my 14-year-old LG 55-inch LED TV to break and decided to upgrade it anyway to a bigger, better, and newer TV. This is my first OLED TV. I struggled deciding whether I should stick with what has worked or to get to an OLED TV. Seems TV buying has gotten complicated in the last 14 years. Light, no light, viewing angle, burn-in and the list goes on. Well so far, we are amazed. The picture quality is amazing. I am not sure what people are talking about regarding a green tint being visible when viewed from an angle, I have not seen anything like that yet, just a crystal-clear image. The TV has way more features and capabilities than what I will use, like gaming, according to reviews, it gets high scores for that. I know a lot of people complain about LG's WEBOS and the magic remote, but I do not mind those. Right now, I am using WEBOS and an Amazon 4K Firestick to see which one is better to use. The WEBOS and magic remote seems easier and faster, plus it is one remote. No disappointment or buyer's remorse yet. Especially when you go from a 2009 TV to a 2024 TV. I skipped several upgrades along the way making this upgrade a night and day difference. Like a lot of people have said, as with most TVs the sound is a little weak. It is not bad for casual TV viewing, but you might be disappointed during movies or when streaming music. I added a Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, and it really made a difference. Other than that, no complaints. As always, BestBuy made my TV purchase super simple, and Geek Squad did a professional delivery and installation.

The TV is very good quality and I really enjoy it! Crisp picture and super slim. looks great up on the wall. Sound quality is ok, I have a sound bar so it doesn't matter for me. Only small issues are the magic remote is kinda pointless, the point cursor is more annoying than anything, and LGs app store and processing system leave much to be desired. It's not compatible with many streaming apps and I had to get a roku to be able to get the apps for everything I wanted to stream.

I purchased a 48 inch C4 about two years ago for a man cave and it was my go to and then decided when I moved to replaced my 65 inch TCL with this bad boy. Everyone who sees it says wow it’s great for every day watch football movies so worth it.

I purchased the LG OLED C4 65” in October. Im definitely happy with this tv. The clarity and sound is very good. The color is amazing. The only negative I have is when watching sports (specifically football) sometimes when the ball is thrown it will have that jutter effect. When watching something “fast paced” the tv almost seems to lag, for the lack of a better term. Im not a tech guy so I dont know how to accurately describe what im seeing. But for $1299 (at the time of purchase) it was definitely a huge upgrade from my older Samsung QLED 60. If you’re looking for a cheaper priced OLED this LG OLED C4 is worth the buy. If you have the money I’d say go with the next model up as it may not have the jutter issues.

This LG Oled AI 65” tv is so super easy to set up , the picture is truly awesome. This is a perfect gift or family investment especially for gamer’s vibrant colors/ effects. 100% recommend purchasing this TV for you and your Family.

The picture on this TV is stunning. The first thing you notice are the richness of the blacks and the overall crispness of the picture. Going from an older 4K LED to this is the difference between watching TV and feeling like you're in the room with the actors. Paired it with the LG soundbar with wireless speakera and subwoofer for the complete package. Excellent integrated surround.

I have purchased 3 LG TVs from him: 2021 - 55", 2024 - 43 inch, and this year in 2025, after waiting 4 long years and countless conversations about the LG OLED TVs with Roger, we finally bought the 65" C4 OLED with the LG 3.1.1 Soundbar with the 5-year and 4-year service contracts respectively, to protect our purchases! During the buying process, he answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction, and my wife, who is skeptical of all salespeople, was impressed with his knowledge and was completely sold on making this considerable investment. We have been watching all our favorite TV shows and movies, and the OLED picture quality, its depth of picture, and unlike a lot of TVs that have black that looks more dark gray, the OLED's black is amazing! We just watched Star Wars and we were blown away! It is like nothing we have seen before. Who needs to go to a movie theatre when we have our new OLED TV with an incredible sound system? In today's world of cut-throat pricing and so many websites offering the same product, Best Buy stands out as the number #1 leader in customer satisfaction and product choice. I would suggest to anyone buying consumer electronics or any product that Best Buy offers, to give them a chance to answer your questions and compare what they are offering against what the others are selling. It will be time well spent, so you can make a highly informed buying decision that you will not regret!

Simply amazing - great for gaming at 4K 120FPS - colors look natural - the LG homepage needs work but I use my PS5 for streaming so that's no issue for me Would recommend checking out a YouTube video to get the best possible display settings

I've had this tv now for about 3 weeks now and I'm loving it. It was very easy to set up, the picture looks great right out of the box, it has tons of features, and the remote works really well too. I have the tv located in my main living room where it is well lit and this tv still performs well. No issues of it being to dim...the tv is bright enough to hang/place in bright rooms. Before purchasing this tv, I did quite a bit of research. It came down to 3 tv's...Samsung's OLDED, Sony's OLED, and this one. The next step was to go to Best Buy to see them in person and compare them. When I got to the tv section in the store, an employee approached me and directed to me to the 3 tv's. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me make the RIGHT choice! What's even better was that I was able to get this tv for 1600$! Best Buy had my tv delivered to my doorstep for free and the gentlemen who brought my tv were professional and did a very nice job. After hanging my tv on the wall, I looked up picture settings for this tv and found a great video on youtube that takes you step by step in setting up your video settings for SD, HDR, Dolby Vision and Gaming. These settings made my tv look even better!!! If your looking for an amazing tv with an amazing picture, then I highly recommend you getting the LG C4....you will not be disappointed!!

I'm very happy with this TV, not only is it bigger (55" to 65") but the picture quality is definitely better than my SK9000 and depth of the black colors/scenes are amazing. This TV is very easy to use and the magic remote makes things 10x easier with streaming service buttons on it. Pros: Stunning and accurate OLED picture with deep blacks and vibrant color. Strong value—still ranked as best TV buy in mid-2025. Cons: Peak brightness, while better than before, remains lower than flagship Mini‑LED sets (e.g. Samsung S95D, LG G4). Slight green tint visible from side angles or in mostly white scenes. Risk of OLED burn-in with long-term static content exposure (e.g. news tickers/gaming HUDs). Built-in sound is average—best used with external audio setup. Does not include ATSC 3.0 tuner or HDR10+ support.

One of the best TVs I ever got. Picture is amazing. Quality, colors, etc. I literally watch movies just because of how they look. Add a good soundbar and turn the lights off, and boom. At the movies.

I'm very much enjoying this Black Friday sale TV. Easy to set up and picture is fantastic! Apps are easily accessible and am enjoying several streaming services seamlessly. Be advised, if you are picking up this TV yourself, that due to the thin glass screen, it should NOT be laid flat and should be kept on edge when transporting. Best Buy staff warned us before we loaded in pick up truck. Fortunately, we had straps to keep box in upright postion.
