    INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED!!!

I love the 65" lg OLED C4 TV. It has an awesome picture and you can set the sound to just about anything you like. I also purchased an LG S95TR sound system because according to LG, they were made for each other. You would think since they are made for each other that hooking up and pairing would be a no brainer, especially since there are only "very basic" at best instructions on how to do this. They are basically cartoon pictures of assembly and set up, and even this became confusing. I paid a lot of money for the tv and sound system, and I feel that LG should have done more to provide the customer with clear instructions that they will need to get the system up and running at its best, BUT THEY DONT! I am still struggling to tune everything in and get the sound that they say you'll get by purchasing these together. The tv wasn't terrible to figure out, and is why I would recommend it, because it does have a beautiful picture. I'm certain the sound system is just as great, but LG has fallen WAY SHORT in regards to customer support and help, by not providing detailed instructions on their products.

I purchased a 48 inch C4 about two years ago for a man cave and it was my go to and then decided when I moved to replaced my 65 inch TCL with this bad boy. Everyone who sees it says wow it’s great for every day watch football movies so worth it.

This is a terrific TV: It’s bright, has great detail, delivers beautiful color and black blacks. We set it to ‘filmmaker’ mode, and we’ve been watching a lot of 4K video (we’re re-watching ‘For All Mankind’, ‘Apocalypse Now’, some Daniel Craig Bond, etc), and lots of baseball on MLB.TV (HD). We’re connected to Apple TV, and we’re using the large (not mini) Apple HomePods as speakers (we’re in an apartment, so we’re not looking to do the full theater audio experience and share it with our neighbors).

Got this TV to embrace the OLED picture revolution , stop the need for a Roku, and for better compatibility with my sonos surround. The picture is phenomenal for gaming and the demo videos are incredible. Set up was really easy, including the surround sound. There are downsides though. The picture is so bright it feels eye straining. The OLED difference is a lot less impactful for TV and movies. The reflections aren't noticeable in 80% of content but can be distracting in dark scenes during the day (also in menus). Wi-Fi connectivity feels weaker than my old Roku. Ads are more aggressive than my old Roku. Surround sound increases the gulf between speech and explosions, so if you set the dialogue where you can hear it the explosions are deafening. Great modern TV if you're set on upgrading but if you're happy with your existing setup don't force an upgrade, lots of hidden friction.

This flat screen replaced an older Samsung 55", and has far surpassed that in every way. We made the purchase based on the reviews and LG name and made the right choice. The picture is outstanding, the speakers would be more than adequate if we didn't already have a sound bar. We're still adjusting some of its finer tunings and are amazed at the technology these newer flat screens carry. We're loving it.

    OLED - What an Upgrade

LG has always been the go-to brand of televisions in our house. The difference between a normal 4K and an OLED is night and day. My only concern was the brightness of this TV, since I heard that OLEDs are generally not as bright as other 4K TV types. But this holds up just fine, and I have no problems viewing images during broad daylight with my blinds open. This TV exceeded my expectations and I have 0 regrets on my purchase.

Wow! Gorgeous TV! It took a little to get it setup, but the results are stunning. I’m not a fan of the remote or built in Application. We leave it set to a different input and use a 4k Roku or Oppo BluRay player. Good 4k material is very true to life. It’s very weird when the content goes totally black. It’s absolutely black as if the power failed. That takes getting used to and knowing is Ok. For us the isf Expert Bright space , daytime Picture Mode setting is usually best. We don’t use the built in speakers. They seem Ok.

The TV itself (a LG OLED 65C4) was and is fantastic. Excellent clarity, the blacks are very deep and crisp as usual. The new OS is also outstanding once you get used to the new layout. The service from BestBuy could be smoother though. I purchased the extra "Haul Away" service and they came as scheduled, unboxed the new TV and took back the old one. They asked me to hold on to the empty box for the new TV for 30 days in case it needed to be returned. At the 30 day mark, I called to have someone come back to pick up the empty box as promised (it won't fit into my car), and was told they do not do this, After a few difficult rounds of discussion, they finally did agree to come back for the box. But I wasn't finished. I noticed that the "My BestBuy" rewards points were not yet credited and asked when that would happen. I was told that because I selected financing, there would be no points. But I never selected financing, I never finance anything so had to call another department to straighten that out. As of this writing, that action is still pending. In summary, a great product but the after sales service could improve...alot..and needs to to keep my business in the future.

I had been wanting to upgrade to an OLED for years, and did a lot of research before I finally made the jump. For a price-to-performance ration, this thing can't be beat. I'm not a huge fan of the LG motion remote, but that's literally the only downside. Compared to other OLED TVs of the same size, this has better refresh rate and latency. Great for gaming, and amazing for 4K shows/movies.

This TV is everything the reviews said it was. The brightness is just enough and has no glare. I have watched DIRECTV and streamed Netflix and had no issues with picture quality. The dimming issue with video games seems non existent (just don’t use game mode? Duh). Even the TV speakers aren’t awful like some other models out. I really don’t mind the webOS platform either or the magic remote. They work very well. For the price point, you won’t find a better OLED.

It's a beautiful TV at a great price. We must have looked at TV's 10 times at Best Buy and had a real hard time choosing a brand. We had a few Samsung's die on us and ultimately decided to focus on the LG. In the store they all look great honestly, so the real test was getting it home. Having had it now for a few weeks I can safely say the clarity and brightness of the image is amazing (even in a bright room at mid day), it's the best TV I've owned. The sound is very good, the tech in the store told us we'd need a sound bar but honestly so far, I'm happy with the sound. Finally, the interface is good, and the installed apps are fast. It's just a great TV.

Have had this TV for around a month now and it's everything I could have wanted. I went from a larger TV that wasn't an OLED and I can say happily that even though it's smaller this TV looks 10x better. On top of that, in the past I was very skeptical of smart TVs in general, as the "smart" functions often didn't really work all that well. I'm happy to report that this is not the case here, and I've actually found myself regularly streaming off the tv itself and even using the built in internet app (which has a handy ad block feature built in!). Up until now I was a die-hard Sony guy but I can say I am firmly in the LG camp now.
