Bought this on sale for my first ever place. great TV, Been using it for my ps5 and switch 2 and both give me 120 frames when the game supports it. My only gripe is that for such a premium tv the controller does not have a backlight. That should be standard in this day and age especially for a tv over 1000 dollars. I also had an issue connecting it to a soundbar after the tv updated and was literally only able to fix it via comment on reddit that explained the process of what to do. Very minor inconveniences that don't take away from how great the OLED looks.

We’ve now had 3 LG OLED televisions and not sure we’d own anything else as our main television. The new evo is definitely improved over prior models. Our main TV is on ~20 hours on a daily basis since we’re typically up very early even on the weekends and someone is almost always home with the TV on. Intrigued about the use of deuterium-based compounds to enhance brightness, efficiency, and lifespan. Time will tell on the lifespan.

I recently purchased a new TV from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier! The picture quality is stunning — vibrant colors, deep blacks, and smooth motion that makes watching movies and sports feel like a theater experience at home. The setup was incredibly easy, and the built-in smart features make streaming a breeze. The staff at Best Buy were super helpful in answering my questions and guiding me to the perfect model for my space. Overall, a fantastic purchase that has totally upgraded my living room. Highly recommend!

Bought ours Open Box. It was the best TV we'd ever bought, even though the one we got had a pixel defect and we ultimately had to return it. Would highly recommend, just be sure to buy it new.

Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made (comes close to my Porsche 911S). The LG-C4 has unmatched color and brilliance. Easy to maneuver through screen options. Geek Squad did an unbelievable job with the installation by joining unit with existing high-end sound system and online subscriptions.

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase it’s a great tv with amazing picture,sound and functionality ( I still use a theater system for sound but if I didn’t have that the speakers on the tv would totally satisfy) the remote control is extremely nice as well. I 100% recommend this LG product.

The TV itself (a LG OLED 65C4) was and is fantastic. Excellent clarity, the blacks are very deep and crisp as usual. The new OS is also outstanding once you get used to the new layout. The service from BestBuy could be smoother though. I purchased the extra "Haul Away" service and they came as scheduled, unboxed the new TV and took back the old one. They asked me to hold on to the empty box for the new TV for 30 days in case it needed to be returned. At the 30 day mark, I called to have someone come back to pick up the empty box as promised (it won't fit into my car), and was told they do not do this, After a few difficult rounds of discussion, they finally did agree to come back for the box. But I wasn't finished. I noticed that the "My BestBuy" rewards points were not yet credited and asked when that would happen. I was told that because I selected financing, there would be no points. But I never selected financing, I never finance anything so had to call another department to straighten that out. As of this writing, that action is still pending. In summary, a great product but the after sales service could improve...alot..and needs to to keep my business in the future.

This TV has a great picture from all angles. Amazing color with deep blacks. Very impressive!

This is a terrific TV: It’s bright, has great detail, delivers beautiful color and black blacks. We set it to ‘filmmaker’ mode, and we’ve been watching a lot of 4K video (we’re re-watching ‘For All Mankind’, ‘Apocalypse Now’, some Daniel Craig Bond, etc), and lots of baseball on MLB.TV (HD). We’re connected to Apple TV, and we’re using the large (not mini) Apple HomePods as speakers (we’re in an apartment, so we’re not looking to do the full theater audio experience and share it with our neighbors).

This was an upgrade from an LG B8 65". What a difference with the OLED advancements. Screen is so bright in HDR and Dolby Vision highlights, I had to lower the OLED level a bit. It's also brighter than my LG C9 55". No green tint at wide angles as one review site claims. Perfect contrast and color at all viewing angles. I use Standard mode for all content. Some 'experts' recommend Filmmaker Mode for HD content. That mode is too dark for me. It bypasses the TV's processor enhancements - it requires a dark room - not what I want from a new TV. They claim it provides a 'theater experience' - dark & grainy in my opinion. Scenes in the Standard Mode provides real life brightness and colors - outdoor scenes look like I stepped out my front door. I will not comment on the TV's sound quality. I recommend a 5.1 receiver/speaker system or a least a soundbar with a sub.

I always buy cheap tv like tcl and stuff. Decided to buy a real flagship oled tv for the first time. I don't think i will ever go back to a non oled non premium PAIR IT WITH A APPLE TV

It's a beautiful TV at a great price. We must have looked at TV's 10 times at Best Buy and had a real hard time choosing a brand. We had a few Samsung's die on us and ultimately decided to focus on the LG. In the store they all look great honestly, so the real test was getting it home. Having had it now for a few weeks I can safely say the clarity and brightness of the image is amazing (even in a bright room at mid day), it's the best TV I've owned. The sound is very good, the tech in the store told us we'd need a sound bar but honestly so far, I'm happy with the sound. Finally, the interface is good, and the installed apps are fast. It's just a great TV.
