The LG ThinQ App is a piece of junk. Also, LG customer support is a joke. They don’t know their own product. Great TV but don’t count on LG customer service after the sale.

I wanted an updated OLED and C4 met every expectation and more. Plus, I couldn't believe how much better this OLED was than my last. Worth every penny.

The picture is crystal clear, the colors are unbelievable and the frame rate is out of this world. I love this TV. I cannot rate the sound quality because I have a sound bar and a subwoofer, I have never used the TVs speakers.

Amazing tv but lousy remote

Magic remote is lousy the microphone works half the time, the pointer has minimum to no usability and the rolling wheel is the only button to select and doesnt always work as a selection as it often causes a undesired scroll.

Only problem I have with the tv is the remove control point cannot be turned off. And I end up accidentally turning on the ps5 all the time just because I hover over the input. Only fix is to turn off hdmi control. Which is disappointing.
