Was missing multiple screws and back piece (was open box) but nonetheless. The gentleman, Jeremiah or Jermaine in the TV department was incredibly helpful, patient, respectful and did not push us to purchase anything. Overall great tv and great experience at the North Attleboro, MA Best Buy.
