First Smart tv so still learning, picture is great at times but again we are new to this

TV was everything I hoped it would be. The picture is so sharp, it almost looks like 3D.

Great TV with a wonderful picture. I gave 4 stars because the tv started to freeze up and drop connection with Internet. Tv would reset to factory settings and we would have to reinstall all our apps. Was happening every few days. Hopefully it was just a motherboard issue with that one tv. We returned it. Loved it when it was working!

Love the picture quality, and it’s working great with ps5 pro. Only problem I have with the tv is the remove control point cannot be turned off. And I end up accidentally turning on the ps5 all the time just because I hover over the input. Only fix is to turn off hdmi control. Which is disappointing.

The picture quality and sound output is way better than my previous Samsung which crapped the bed after 5 years.

Breathtaking rich dark deep colors, and also the first time I've liked the OS of a Smart TV, always been using the Apple TV 4K but if anything, the webOS works just fine for my needs, sure, it's a steep price to pay, but you'll definitely be getting your money's worth.

One of the best tvs I've ever bought. Straight out of the box it worked perfectly. Didnt have to fine tune at all. Hooked everything up and looked asmazing.

Working as advertised. No issue so far. Delivers clear picture and dynamic sound.. convenient to have a built in smart OS and WiFi connectivity. No burn in noticed so far. Worth the money.

Sam was on time and very knowledgeable. He was the third tech sent to install my 65” tv. The other two could not or would not do it. The first one Carlos refused to install it after he told me I Needed a different mount but wanted $200 to cancel geek charges and I would pay him instead. When I thought he would order the new mount he corrected me and said I was supposed to order it. When I tried to tell him that was not my understanding he hung up. Then called back and told me he was not going to Install my tv cause I insulted him and disrespected him. The second tech was very nice but said he needed another tech to help him mount it. Strange because Sam came today and did it all within an hour. On time super neat and efficient. If there were a higher rating than five I would give him a ten.
