Excellent TV 4k the picture quality is unbelievable

Sam was on time and very knowledgeable. He was the third tech sent to install my 65” tv. The other two could not or would not do it. The first one Carlos refused to install it after he told me I Needed a different mount but wanted $200 to cancel geek charges and I would pay him instead. When I thought he would order the new mount he corrected me and said I was supposed to order it. When I tried to tell him that was not my understanding he hung up. Then called back and told me he was not going to Install my tv cause I insulted him and disrespected him. The second tech was very nice but said he needed another tech to help him mount it. Strange because Sam came today and did it all within an hour. On time super neat and efficient. If there were a higher rating than five I would give him a ten.

Great TV with a wonderful picture. I gave 4 stars because the tv started to freeze up and drop connection with Internet. Tv would reset to factory settings and we would have to reinstall all our apps. Was happening every few days. Hopefully it was just a motherboard issue with that one tv. We returned it. Loved it when it was working!

Having a small issue connecting a surround with no HDMI, but found a converter that should work. New TVs don’t have component inputs and outputs anymore. The tv is great. A much better remote than Samsungs. Once I get my older Bose surround hooked up, I’ll give it 6 stars. With the movable wall mount, it’s easy access to the HDMIs. OLED gives great viewing at all angles. We have a cable box, Roku, Firestick, and DVD currently hooked up. Switching between them is flawless.

Breathtaking rich dark deep colors, and also the first time I've liked the OS of a Smart TV, always been using the Apple TV 4K but if anything, the webOS works just fine for my needs, sure, it's a steep price to pay, but you'll definitely be getting your money's worth.

Overall the TV is very good. Only complaint is the Remote is a little funky to use. Turning off TV requires you to push the On/Off button twice. Still learning all the features and online manual is the only way to learn. The addition of Internet Channels give you a lot of stations to choose from without having to have cable.

First time using an OLED TV... JESUS what a difference! If you are aovie/series lover, you can't go wrong with it.

Really great tv! No problems so far. Remote sound level control is too close to the menu selecting icon. In a dark room it's hard not to press the wrong button.

The LG OLED is delivering a great picture. Fits nicely in the room and makes watching movies a much more enjoyable experience.
