Lots of ways to customize to fit my preferences. Remote takes a while to figure out. Downside - Lots of glare from sun or lamps.

Good panel with flawed software implementations

Updates regularly make things worse and make the TV less responsive for basic commands like switching video modes. Also, it regularly "loses" sound pass-through when utilizing HDMI-CEC. Forcing you to turn everything off and back on despite the fact the channel is being detected by the sound bar. It's buggy.

The deciding factor was the remote control as LG is much larger and harder to loose!
