LG and Spectrum Still Have Issues

Still have trouble with LG / Spectrum saving my favorites in the Spectrum App. Still no easy channel switching (prev/last) and still haven't been able to set my Spectrum to open first.

I happily upgraded to the C4 65”close to a month ago which BTW was on a great sale. Just in time for NFL season. The C4 has a far better picture. Brighter and sharper. Can’t beat the LG OLEDs.

Didn't appreciate the salesman trying to make me feel guilty about not upgrading to the G4 though.
