The remote is unbelievable, but takes a few uses to learn to control the pointer. My only disappointment is that LG is not compatible with Charter/Spectrum cable using their app. Therefore I docked it one star.

Solid choice.

My one issue is, not sure if it's LG or Spectrum's, but don't have the spectrum app on the TV. Must use the app on the phone and broadcast to the TV. I can do this, but for some it might be a deal breaker.
