Great color, mid brightness and smart features

I was disappointed with the brightness levels but it is better than previous generations and a known limitation with OLED. The smart webOS is also just fine. Better than Roku in responsiveness. The main page doesn't bombard you with ads but they are still present.

And let me tell you, 4k 144hz HDR goodness! G sync low latency Super bright picture I looked at a lot of other tvs but I should have just stuck with LG oled.

Hard to go back

Fits perfectly in our bedroom. Ended up buying another for our parents. Display superior to other brands especially for the price.

Very poor "price protection" !

Days later they dropped their price to $100 so I applied for a price match via chat. That was the last I heard of anything notifying me of successfully receiving a match. After that, the price fell by $ 200 still I was still denied a match after 2, 140-minute calls. No 60-day price protection. NO supervisor called as requested

Great OLED at a good price

I did have an issue with bubbles appearing under the laminated screen, but Best Buy helped me switch it out. I know defects can happen. The TV itself was great, was bright enough for a sunny day, and is particularly gorgeous at night.
