Worse than my 10 yr old Samsung. You cannot stream with HDMI cord or use any sort of mirroring, device display, apple play or chrome cast without internet. The HDMI works perfect on my old tv. Remote is extremely difficult to use. Biggest pain in the you know what. When audio bar connected, it still uses tv speakers. I am so unhappy with this tv I hate to use it. I foresee myself having a “office space” moment and destroying it out of frustration. I’ve had the TV three weeks now so it’s past the return window. I’m stuck with this crap. Right before I got this piece of junk our brand new $900 washing machine died. It took them over two months to repair. Do yourself a favor and eliminate any possible headaches. Absolutely do not buy any LG products. I paid $1800 after taxes for a piece of junk. That is pretty much useless to me. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go buy a Samsung or Sony TV. You will regret it and you will realize that you were forewarned!

To help resolve some of the issues you're encountering: Make sure that your HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV and your device. If you’re having trouble streaming or using Apple Play or Chromecast, the TV requires an internet connection for streaming services. If your connection is stable but still not working as expected, we suggest checking for any available firmware updates. For the issue where the TV still uses internal speakers when the soundbar is connected, we recommend going to the Sound settings in the TV menu. Under Sound Out, you can select External Speakers (HDMI ARC) or Optical Out, depending on how your soundbar is connected. As for the remote control, You might find it helpful to enable Universal Control on the TV settings to streamline your experience. Additionally, LG offers a TV Remote App that you can download on your smartphone, which can make navigation more intuitive.
