Beautiful picture and the sound bar makes a perfect combination. The staff in the store did an excellent job in helping to pick the right TV and sound bar combination. The Geek Squad staff not only set up the TV and sound bar quickly and professionally, but also set up our PlayStation, Xbox, Wi-Fi and internet for best options possible. All round great experience. Once again……Best Buy exceeded all expectations.

This TV has been wonderful! It's simple to set up, and the colors, brightness, and the blacks are great. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good OLED TV.

Great tv with great colors and great refresh rate.

Bought it purely for it's picture quality and price. It's fine. You would think that somewhere, anywhere, in the limited instructions given in the box or online at the company website that it would be mentioned that these TVs are out of the box set for store display. You have to get into the settings and find where that is located and turn that off.

I’ve only had this TV for a month so haven’t utilized all it has to offer yet. I can say the color and sharpness is top of the line and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this TV to replace a 10+ year old TV, and the difference in picture quality is striking. I'm also very impressed with the numerous features available. This was the second LG OLED evo TV we've purchased within the last year, and I highly recommend this TV.

Outstanding TV that I shopped for over months. The LG OLED C5 is the there is with the exception of the very expensive C8 or the high-end Sonys. TheC5 is only slightly more expensive than the C4 so it really is the best value for a 55” or 65” (mine). I shopped Amazon and eBay for months but found the “best buy” at Best Buy with an open box unit that someone returned to swap the 65” for a 77”. My only complaint is that the Geek Squad did not reset the unit and it took a couple of wasted hours of set up before I realized a full reset was necessary to get rid of the former owner’s information.

We love our new LG TV. The picture quality, color, is amazing. Only thing is we would recommend a soundbar purchase withit. These newer Smart TVs don't seem to have the greatest speakers.

Have owned LG tvs for years now and this does not disappoint. The picture quality is amazing and a real joy to watch. The user interface has been updated from my last LG and is very user friendly. I highly recommend the LG C5.

After 15 years, it was time to replace our plasma TV. The LG - 65" Class C5 Series OLED eco AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025) was the right size, and fit our budget. The upgrade to OLED technology coupled with a new Denon AVR has been a good change. Our new audio visual experience is wonderful.

I am in awe of the tv after having a few months now. Once I watch movies elsewhere and then watch at home on the OLED it is still a game changer. The pitch blacks and detail are incredible and really make movie watching enjoyable, once you go OLED especially C5 you won’t go back! So happy with this purchase and worth every penny! I recommend pairing with a good sound system, I’m using Sonos beam & era 100s for surround and the entire setup is AMAZING!

I have had many brands,over the years, and have been loyal to Samsung for the last few years. I love to watch sports and I'm an avid gamer. Picture quality is on top of my list. This LG has blown my expectations. The picture quality i absolutely amazing, the blacks stand out. Fast motion viewing, ice hockey/football, has no jittery slow down. In my opinion there is no better picture quality than what LG has to offer.

Great product! The only slightly negative feature I have found in the last few weeks is the brightness of Closed Captions can be nearly blinding, specifically when on Prime Video.

I picked this TV out pretty quickly as I didn't have a lot of time. I explained to the lady at Best Buy what I was looking for & that I also wanted something of quality that was going to last! I love it! Picture is Amazing! Great sound & lots of options so I have choices. LG also updates the TV like your phone so it's always working with the most current processor information, speeds & technology. Very happy with my purchase so far!

LG TV's are always have good quality, the picture image is clear and vibrant. It had way less light reflection, so you always are going to see a good quality picture. Only downside is the AI could be better update, hopefully they release a update in the future. Another down side is the remote, it feels that it lags and is weird to use, i think it need improvement, other than that complain the TV is nice.

Terrific!! We had a plasma old tv before, best picture ever, and this LG OLED is even better! So glad we decided to take Best Buy’s sale discount and get this one.

I was debating if I wanted to give mini led a try! I’ve had a 55inch c1 for years no real glaring issues! We have a 65 in Hisense mini led in the living room and while picture is okay it was a very cheap model when we bought a few years okay it has in no way skewed my opinion that mini led is even close to Oled in picture quality even in mini led best version! Can’t comment on the it’s provide by a Bose 600 soundbar and two Bose surround 300 just need the sub

I love this TV!!! It has such a beautiful picture and the sound is very good, as well! I highly recommend this TV and I would most definitely buy it again!
