Very clear picture and super easy on the eyes while watching in the dark. The Motion softness makes the picture motion very smooth.

Appears to be an excellent TV so far. Only complaints is a lack of documentation and the color intensity was way off. Took quite a bit of online research to figure out how to correct the color balance/intensity issues.

Best picture of any TV I've ever seen. Really pleased with this purchase.

Love this tv so far. Still learning a lot of the cool features. The remote did take a little getting used to since when you shake it it turns into a screen pointer/mouse on screen.

The images on this TV are incredible. This is the first LG TV I have owned . I've owned Samsung and Sony, this LG TV, by far has the best image .

Beautiful TV. You can easily notice the difference in picture quality between a 60hz 1080p tv compared to this one. Highly recommend if you can afford the ticket price, but I'm my opinion, this is the best bang for the buck

This is a beautiful TV, picture, and sound. Very sophisticated for novice user, but after the wonderful LG support it was a breeze. Great buy at Best Buy. Happy customer. Highly recommend this television. 5 Stars

The OLED TV works as expected. The picture is great. I definitly recommend it.

Fresh out of the box we could not get the WiFi to connect, but we stayed patient and gave it a few minutes, turned everything off and back on, and then it worked! Picture is great, and had no troubles adding our apps/streaming services.

This tv is amazing. Its a good mid tier tv and I love everything about it. The picture quality is decent too.

I would buy another LG it stays on and the sound stays on and the color is perfect volume control is easy had a Sony 65" and traded it in only after 6 months bad TV

First off - the TV and soundbar (S90TY) are excellent. Very pleased with them both. However, the installation process was not good; thus, the middle rating. I purchased as add-ons the set up for both as well as the “configuration and demo”. The installers were friendly but rushed. They dropped both the TV and sound bar while moving then into my house (no damage that I could see except for a gouge in my stair case) and hurriedly installed the equipment. Installation was generally good but the configuration and demo was a joke. When I asked a few questions, the response was “I’m not really familiar with LG”. They quickly left and only later I realized that they had actually not turned on the soundbar! And, they did not leave any manuals. I tried calling, got shifted around twice and then on hold forever, at which time I hung up. I was able to download the manual online and got my questions answered and the soundbar sorted. So, all good in the end. Love the TV, not so pleased with the service provided.

Coming from an older sony oled 2018 Model this was a huge upgrade. Going back and playing old games and movies is a completely different experience. My previous oled was too dark at times but the C5 is amazingly bright for an Oled.

The one issue I have is the sound volume from the television, without a soundbar, is very quiet and not as loud as my previous television that I used to have. I guess that is intentional to force people to buy the soundbar, which I will buy too. I'm just surprised in this day and age that they cannot integrate the soundbar built right inside the television?
