    Fresh out of the box we could not get the WiFi to connect, but we stayed patient and gave it a few minutes, turned everything off and back on, and then it worked! Picture is great, and had no troubles adding our apps/streaming services.

    Went from the C4 to the C5 overall both tvs are great. But the C5 is brighter and you wont be disappointed at all if you upgrade

    From the start this was an exceptional experience. The reps were not pushy to upsell and offered honest reviews of their experiences with different models. The reps went above and beyond. My only complaint would be that the TV went on sell for a lesser price just over Bestbuy’s 15 day price match window and Bestbuy will not honor the lower sales price.
