Outstanding picture with perfect black levels. Excellent gaming performance. Sound is wonderful with sound bar added

I got rid of my Samsung for this and couldn't be happier. The remote is a lot better that Samsung and I prefer the UI of the LGS the picture is about the same the dark are better on this but the Samsung was brighter. Also the sound on the LG is a lot better 10/10

Best television I've had hands down. Even coming from an older 4k HDR LCD the difference is mind blowing. Everything looks a ton better. Settings menus are deep, but accessible, adjusting settings for different content is a breeze. Sound is a little tinny or boxed in sounding with the 2.2 down firing system, but I can hear everything and there is bass. If it bothers me too much I can just get a sound bar.

Excellent picture. Very good sound. The new Remote isnt as good as my previous one. Fortunately I still have the old one and it works fine with the new TV.

This is a phenomenal TV! The screen is gorgeous and the OS is realy good and snappy too. The colors are deep and rich and with an OLED the black levels are amazing. It is a phenomenal value for the money!

Great picture and sound, easy to hook up. My one complaint is that it will delete over-the-air channels if the signal weakens and it requires a stronger signal to recognize a channel than my previous tv needed. The sound range is very impressive out of the box.

This really is one of the best TVs out there today. The picture is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is decent for the tiny speakers. Better than many other modern TVs. I like the fact that it has a centered base and not feet at the edges like so many other TVs do as well. I only remove the one star because the TV's menu system is somewhat labyrinthine and frustrating. But, once it's set up, I'm just using it with my Apple TV box, which then becomes the primary menu system for me.

The delivery and installation were fast and smooth too. If you’re on the fence about upgrading — do it. The LG OLED C5 isn’t just a TV; it’s an experience.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this TV. The sound is rich, clear, and surprisingly powerful — voices are easy to hear even without turning the volume up high. This TV is great! The picture is very clear. Very vibrant colors. I have a eye condition which makes it very hard for me to see TVs in very bright or dark rooms and with the eye comfort mode it is perfect. I can watch TV perfectly without it causing me any eye strain if you have sensitive eye conditions I highly recommend it! Fairly good price as well

Such a huge upgrade from my old non-OLED tv. Can’t believe how clear it is and how well it performs in light

My TV was 10 years old. 2nd tier when I got it since UHD had come out. This LG OLED screen is stunning in its clarity, colors, and motion. It’s so realistic it looks fake sometimes. I don’t like or want Alexa in my TV. The AI search function is stupid and leans toward Apple TV instead of Prime which I Subscribe to. Every time I launch Prime, it tries to activate Alexa and I have to return to Home then start over. Overall I think it represents extremely good value for the money (sale price was awesome).

This 65” LG TV is perfect for the space we have for it. Picture is excellent. We are learning the remote. We worked with Treasa in the store to select the TV. She made good recommendations on the wall mount hardware and getting a new surge protector - which was needed since our old one was over 7 years old and the indicator for protected wasn’t working anymore. She also helped us get a sound bar and set up the installation. We had to wait a week for installation but it was worth it. Shane and his partner (sorry, don’t have his name), delivered all the hardware. Centered and mounted the TV on the wall, turned on the TV and ran an OS upgrade for it, then did a quick training session on using the remote to connect to cable, DVD player and streaming. Done in an hour. Worth every penny of the set up fee. Thank you all!

My new TV and sound bar bar from Best Buy is excellent. The picture is sharp. The colors are bright and the operation is simple for this senior citizen.

The 65 inch OLED tv is exceptional. Picture quality and color are excellent. I highly recommend this tv. We are very pleased with the LG tv and highly recommend this tv.

Super great picture quality. Bright enough in my bright living room. Sound is also pretty decent straight from the TV.
