Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the amazing picture quality and great OLED quality for the price of the 65" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025). The TV has perfect brightness in both dim and bright environments and is easy to use. The TV also has great black levels and refresh rates, and a very thin design that fits nicely on the wall. However, some customers feel the magic remote is overrated.

Horrible return policy and price match.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ridiculous 15 day return and price match policy. I was trying to price match a TV that I purchased 3 weeks ago and was politely told too bad too sad for you. 15 days is not a normal return/price match policy in America. This is ridiculous. I am never buing anything again from Best Buy and don't recommend you to purchase anything from there either. So many store out there carrying the same items with normal 30 day return policy and price match. Hatred and contempt!

Disappointment with LG
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture is not clear. Fuzzy at times. Colors not vibrant. Not at all like the TV in the show room. Also the screen is very warm. Geek squad coming Sept. 9 to see what is going on. Disappointed with the TV. Hoping it can be fixed.

Posted .Hi, Albert. Thanks for sharing your experience with the LG TV (OLED65C5PUA). It's great to know the picture quality impressed you. If your TV won't power on, try a power reset: unplug it for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in directly. Ensure the power cord is securely connected. If the standby light is off and it still doesn't respond, press the power button on the TV itself. Posted .Hello there, Kurtis. Thanks for sharing your experience with the OLED65C5PUA. We understand how unexpected it can be to encounter a recurring sound issue, especially after replacing the unit.
The beeping or buzzing you're describing may be related to thermal expansion or internal cabinet vibration, which can occur as the TV warms up during use. LG OLED TVs are built with advanced materials that can expand slightly with heat, sometimes producing subtle noises. This is not a defect, and to know more about this, here is a link you may visit: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-oled-tv-popping-or-crackling-noise--20154713282499
We’d be glad to assist you further and explore additional solutions if needed. You may send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com, and our team will be ready to help.

Posted .Hello there, TonyR. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the picture frame feature on your LG - 65" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV does not remain on as long as you would prefer. We understand your inquiry and appreciate you bringing this specific operational setting to our attention. This feature, often part of the Art Gallery or Ambient Mode, is typically designed with a setting to manage the display time, which helps to conserve energy and prevent image retention on the OLED panel.
To adjust the duration that the picture frame or gallery mode stays on, the simple step we can advise you to try is accessing the TV's power-saving or general settings menu. Look for the "Screen Saver," "Power Saving," or "OLED Panel Settings" section, where you should find an option to adjust the timer for the Art Gallery or picture mode. By increasing this time limit, you should be able to keep the display of your framed pictures constant for a longer period. We are committed to helping you optimize the TV's features to perfectly suit your viewing preferences.

BUT IT!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this tv is insane and I have pretty much owned them all from 32 to 98 inches and multiple yers and levels of oled . the AI does more than we are used to actually even upscaling the video so much that it appears to be a much higher res than it actually is and not constantly trying to make view the shows you watch in a low dim quality... AI is everything on this specific tv . also the upgraded pointer remote is much less gigantic and is actually a little heavy and works great.. and this has the best sound HANDS DOWN of any tv I have owned and that's saying a lot . its very loud and has plenty of bass.. I haven't used the tv audio in YEARS.. but I finally don't need a sound bar it would be and addition not a "need".. buy this tv!!!!

Just wow
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow wow if you haven’t gotten one of these TVs, you really should try and get one. I know they’re expensive but they are totally different than your standard TV. You don’t need to get the C5 or better you could actually get a B or even an A, but I would definitely go with LG.

Do not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is essentially useless now, with no DTS support and no longer having Dolby Vision on the chip. Dolby seems to prioritize squeezing every last cent from consumers rather than delivering consistent value.

Posted .Hello there, Andy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding audio and video format support on the OLED65C5PUA. The C5 Series supports a wide range of premium features, including Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, though it's important to ensure your connected devices and content sources are also compatible and properly configured. If you're experiencing playback limitations, we recommend checking the TV’s audio output settings under Settings > Sound > Advanced Settings to ensure the proper formats are enabled, and confirming that HDMI-connected devices are using cables rated for high-speed or HDMI 2.1. We'd be happy to look into your setup in more detail—please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport so we can assist you directly. —Renzo

Unfortunately had dts and dolby vision removed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No dts anymore, and no dolby vision on chip anymore means this tv is completely worthless. Dolby is a joke when it comes to consumers. They are always trying to squeeze their customers for every last penny they have it seems like.

Posted .Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the LG TV (OLED65C5PUA) model. We understand your concern about the expected features like DTS audio support or Dolby Vision compatibility don't align with current content or device needs. Our goal is to create high-quality products that really meet our customers' needs and expectations. This model does offer amazing picture quality thanks to its α9 Intelligent Processor and OLED panel, but we understand that keeping up with evolving formats is important for many users.
Just to clarify, this model does support Dolby Vision! However, some external devices or streaming content might need specific HDMI settings or firmware updates to work perfectly. You can check by going to Settings > Picture > HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color and making sure it’s turned on for the HDMI ports you’re using. As for DTS, while recent LG models don’t have native DTS audio decoding anymore, you can still enjoy DTS playback by using a compatible AV receiver or soundbar.
We’d love to help you set everything up and get the most out of your TV! Feel free to send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport so we can assist you further. Take care! ^ Juvy
