I was not overall pleased with this TV. The picture quality was ok, but there were on occasions where the picture was pixilated. Also, for a tv over 1800.00 should come with a voice remote. The Geek Squad set up the TV, however, I was not schooled on the features of the tv nor did it come with a user manual. Lastly, in order to exchange the tv for another tv, I will have to pay another 300.00 for set up which I was not told at the time of purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with this TV. I experience issues connecting to Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Every day, I spend anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes just trying to connect the TV to the network.
My Wi-Fi service is working perfectly and is consistently connected to my laptop and phone without any issues. However, the TV repeatedly displays an “unable to connect to network” message.
When I contacted Best Buy, I was informed that the earliest available service appointment is in 10 days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I am a Best Buy Total/PRO member. Unfortunately, my membership status does not seem to make any difference in receiving timely support.
I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I need an immediate solution—either an expedited service visit or a replacement with a different brand. Waiting 10 days is not acceptable.
Please advise on how this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
Hi, Dina. We appreciate you taking the time to share what’s been happening with your LG TV (OLED65C5PUA) model, and we understand how important it is to have your TV connect smoothly each day. Let’s walk through a helpful step that often resolves Wi‑Fi issues on this model.
One effective step is to refresh the TV’s network settings by going to Settings > All Settings > Network > Wi‑Fi Connection > Advanced Wi‑Fi Settings, then selecting Edit and toggling Set Automatically off and back on. This forces the TV to re-establish a clean connection with your router. First OLED and I wanted one of the best. It did not disappoint. This is my third LG and the menu is not the most intuitive but I've adjusted over time. Magic remote is probably overrated given I've had it on multiple tv sets. I'm awaiting some more software updates but the rest of the tv is great and that is what matter most

The LG C5 OLED is an outstanding television that truly elevates the viewing experience. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a slim TV, and the variety of ports make it versatile for connecting devices. Overall, the LG C5 OLED offers premium performance and style, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking top-tier home entertainment.

I recently upgraded to the LG 65” OLED, and it has completely transformed my viewing experience! The picture quality is absolutely stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible clarity that makes everything look cinematic. Even regular shows feel like a premium experience.
The sound quality is surprisingly good on its own, and the sleek, minimalist design looks beautiful in my living room. The smart features are smooth and easy to navigate, and the remote makes everything feel intuitive.
Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or just streaming shows, this TV delivers every single time. Truly one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. Highly recommend!

I purchased my first 65 inch LG OLED about 12 years ago.. Absolutely have loved every minute of use. Is everything it was hyped to be excellent almost 180 degree viewing angle, , perfect black, real life color. Only issue was some burn in on the lower margin from years of watching Good Morning America. Only noticed with lighter background white or yellow. This year I couldn’t refuse the offer of the 65 inch OLED C5 with over 50% off sticker. WOW! Better and brighter with true skin tones and watching football in 4K on channel 105 DIRECTV absolutely stunning! Couldn’t be happier.

Basically a perfect choice for my big screen gaming. It has a fantastic refresh, fantastic picture quality, all of the compatability features and settings options that you expect in a modern display. It even has game mode which I didn't know about when I bought it. Plus the price is great.
The only drawback is the menu pointer is finicky and sometimes hard to use accurately. This is my second LG OLED so I'm familiar with the problem - just disappointed they haven't improved it in 3 years since our first one.
But the rest of it is so good for the price that doesn't reduce my rating from 5 stars.

I absolutely love my new LG OLED TV. From the moment it was turned on the colors were so brilliant and the people look like you are standing next to them, so lifelike. My old LG was loosing its color, everything looked blue, and I was amazed with this TV. Easy to set up. Easy to access apps and I love how Apple TV is built into the TV. One less box on my TV shelf.

The LG C5 65-inch OLED TV (2025) delivers vibrant colors, perfect blacks, and a brightness boost with the Alpha 9 Gen 8 processor. Ideal for gaming with 144Hz, HDMI 2.1, G-Sync, and FreeSync. WebOS 25 is intuitive; audio needs a soundbar. Priced at $2,699, it’s a top mid-range pick

I didn’t buy a TV—I adopted a portal into another dimension. The LG 65” C5 OLED evo AI has officially ruined every other screen in my house. My old TV now looks like it’s been smeared with Vaseline compared to this one.
The picture quality is jaw-dropping. Blacks are so deep I thought the screen was off, and the colors are so vibrant I half expect my living room to start charging admission. Watching movies feels like the director is sitting next to me, whispering, “Yes, this is exactly how I wanted you to see it.”
The AI upscaling is wizardry. Even older shows look fresh, as if they’ve been hitting the gym and drinking kale smoothies. I rewatched a DVD from the early 2000s and suddenly noticed background details I never knew existed—like that extra who clearly didn’t know the camera was rolling.
Gaming? Absolute beast. No lag, no blur—just buttery smooth gameplay that makes me feel more skilled than I actually am (until I still manage to lose).
And let’s talk about sound. The built-in audio is shockingly good for a TV this thin. It’s like LG took a soundbar, squished it flat, and said, “Here, this will blow your mind.”
The webOS interface is snappy and smart enough to make me wonder if it’s judging my late-night binge choices. And yes, it comes with every streaming app you can think of—plus a few you’ll never admit to using.
Bottom line: If you’re on the fence, just know this TV is a dangerous upgrade. You’ll suddenly find yourself canceling plans just to “test the picture quality one more time.” And honestly? Worth it.
