First time I’ve purchased an LG TV but I’ve been extremely happy with it so far. Amazing picture quality for streaming platforms that offer HD content, such as Netflix, Apple TV, etc. And still provides a great picture on regular SD content from live TV. Definitely recommend!!

Great television. Picture is so clear and colors are real to life. As a smart tv it has all the options you will ever need built in. We have paired it with an LG sound bar and am enjoying superb surround sound.

Color is amazing, options and remote take a bit of learning curve to master but seems to be everything we want in the product. Connections are way better than our Samsung TVs by a long shot (especially with sound systems). If they made remote and options more intuitive or if that is not an issue for you, this would be a 5* product easily.

Amazing picture quality, wows the neighbors. Deep contrast with dark and bright colors. Just an amazing picture and good value. Just wish LG worked out sound integration better with additional Soundbar system.

Picture is very good, almost excellent. Difficulty came with not knowing how to create a TV account using their format. Had to have two separate geek squad visits to get the TV up and running with a wanted separate app to watch sports. Very frustrating for a couple seniors.

This is a great television - a super clear/bright picture with electronics supporting streaming services that functions very effectively. It has a clean look and is easy set up and operate. Best Buy also offered a great price on this model, making it an even better purchase! We also got a great deal on a sound bar/subwoofer combo, making the sound excellent.

Needed to replace our older Samsung TV and planned in buying another Samsung. We were introduced to this LG in the store and we were hooked. We absolutely love it. The sound quality, the color, and clarity is amazing.

Perfect picture. This is a purchase I have not regretted!

The TV itself is great, as was the Geek Squad's installation and removal of the old set. However, I can rate the purchase as no better than average because of the deceptive tactic used by the salesperson. I was induced to establish a Best Buy credit card on the promise of a 10% discount. But the "discount" turned out to be a 60-day "reward certificate" apparently only good for additional purchases within the limited period. Prior to this TV, I hadn't bought anything from Best Buy for several years and it is very unlikely I will buy anything else from them in the next 60 days. In other words, the promised "discount" is a sham.

Best Buy did everything that I expected and on time. Good job!

Picture and sound are both excellent. Setup geeks did an excellent job and used existing mountings--explained functions very well after set up. Enjoy being able to show Apple iPhone pictures and videos seamlessly.
