Great screen, awesome gaming features. Only annoying thing is it not defaulting to last used input. (Could be a feature I haven’t found yet.)

LG is the only manufacture of OLED panels so they are the best! I like LGs user interface better than Samsung and especially Sony

Love it so much except for one thing

I absolutely love this TV. I’ve always been a fan of OLED technology. It’s on my iPhone and my iPad, so I figured why not bring that same experience to a TV. I had heard great things about LG, and since I’m not the biggest fan of Samsung, I decided to give them a try. I’m happy to say I am more than content with my decision. The colors are incredible. The sound quality is amazing. Everything about this TV feels premium and well thought out. I also love how much control I have over the picture. I currently have it set to about 85 percent brightness in cinema mode, and it looks absolutely stunning. One of the biggest highlights for me is the accessibility. As someone who is visually impaired, this TV has been a breath of fresh air. I used to use Roku, and the screen reader there just didn’t sound great and the system could be frustrating at times. LG’s accessibility features feel much more refined, and the overall experience is just smoother and easier to use. Now for the one thing I cannot stand. The remote. I actually like the remote overall, but the magic pointer drives me crazy. I really wish there was a way to turn it off completely. Not temporarily, not just when pressing a button, but permanently off. If LG gave us that option, this TV would be perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this TV, especially if you care about picture quality, accessibility, and a premium experience.

I was not overall pleased with this TV. The picture quality was ok, but there were on occasions where the picture was pixilated. Also, for a tv over 1800.00 should come with a voice remote. The Geek Squad set up the TV, however, I was not schooled on the features of the tv nor did it come with a user manual. Lastly, in order to exchange the tv for another tv, I will have to pay another 300.00 for set up which I was not told at the time of purchase.

Urgent Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues & Service Delay

I am extremely disappointed with this TV. I experience issues connecting to Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Every day, I spend anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes just trying to connect the TV to the network. My Wi-Fi service is working perfectly and is consistently connected to my laptop and phone without any issues. However, the TV repeatedly displays an “unable to connect to network” message. When I contacted Best Buy, I was informed that the earliest available service appointment is in 10 days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I am a Best Buy Total/PRO member. Unfortunately, my membership status does not seem to make any difference in receiving timely support. I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I need an immediate solution—either an expedited service visit or a replacement with a different brand. Waiting 10 days is not acceptable. Please advise on how this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

Hi, Dina. We appreciate you taking the time to share what’s been happening with your LG TV (OLED65C5PUA) model, and we understand how important it is to have your TV connect smoothly each day. Let’s walk through a helpful step that often resolves Wi‑Fi issues on this model.

One effective step is to refresh the TV’s network settings by going to Settings > All Settings > Network > Wi‑Fi Connection > Advanced Wi‑Fi Settings, then selecting Edit and toggling Set Automatically off and back on. This forces the TV to re-establish a clean connection with your router. You can also review additional connection tips here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-troubleshooting-your-tvs-internet-connection--1426626051711. If the issue continues, we’d be glad to take a closer look and explore the best next steps for you. Please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com so we can assist further. ^Juvy LG

The picture on this TV is jaw dropping. I watched a several 4k discs on this and I had never seen these films look so good before. The amount detail the OLED brings out is mind blowing. The black level is perfect. Not really sure about the sound as I have a soundbar hooked up to it. The HDMI slots perform perfectly, they switch over when the connected device turns on, I did buy an easier remote to use though (An LG remote, but a much simpler one) This TV has exceeded my expectations.

    New TV

Did a lot of research before I bought this TV and narrowed it down to two LG and a Samsung. Went shopping at Best Buy. Met a very helpful associate. He reviewed the pros and cons of each of the two choices which helped me make a decision. I went with the LG cost of the color the sound and a beautiful picture. The only thing I don’t like with the LG is their remote control. I’m really not interested in the scroll button and it seems to cause more issues than it solves. Otherwise that has hung in my bedroom. I am extremely satisfied. As usual, the staff of Best Buy were extremely helpful. I highly recommend the LG OLED TV. I added a sound ball recommended by the staff at Best Buy and I am glad I did. The sound quality is amazing. There’s an adjustment we could increase the voices only if that’s what you choose to do again highly satisfied.

Stunning picture, smart upgrades, but still not perfect I’ve been using the LG 65” C5 OLED for a bit now, and overall it’s an excellent TV—but it’s not flawless, especially at this price. Picture quality is the star. OLED still beats almost everything else, and the C5 delivers deep blacks, incredible contrast, and rich colors without looking oversaturated. HDR content looks fantastic, and brightness is improved over older C-series models, though it’s still not the brightest TV in a very sunny room. Great for gaming. If you game on PS5, Xbox Series X, or PC, this TV is outstanding. HDMI 2.1 on all ports, 4K at 120Hz, VRR, and extremely low input lag. It just works, no tweaking headaches. webOS is good, not great. The interface is fast and responsive, but it’s still cluttered with ads and suggestions. AI features are mostly hit-or-miss—some picture and sound adjustments help, others feel unnecessary. It’s fine once set up, but not the cleanest smart TV experience. Sound is average. The built-in speakers are acceptable for casual viewing but lack bass and depth. For a premium TV, a soundbar is almost a must if you care about audio quality. Design and build are excellent. Thin, premium-looking, and fits nicely in modern setups. The stand is sturdy, and wall mounting looks great. Bottom line: The LG C5 OLED is an outstanding TV for movies and gaming with top-tier picture quality. It loses a point for average audio, a busy smart interface, and premium pricing. If you want one of the best-looking TVs available and can add a soundbar, it’s easy to recommend. Would I buy it again? Yes—but only if found on sale

This tv blew my expectations what a tv can provide regarding visual entertainment. For years I heard of what an lg oled c5 is . So I pulled the trigger. And I can’t find a reason of any regrets. This tv is spectacular!!! First night we made it a movie night And the image is amazing and sound is great also paired with a JBL 500 sound bar . I like to switch the clarity smoothness to natural which makes the movie looks live action . And the blacks tone , makes the image pop . Hope this helps kids love the whole 120hz gaming .

It was time to retire my 15 year old Samsung. Bought this during the Black Friday event for half price. Brighter than the old TV and absolutely stunning blacks. The WebOs is waaay better than the old Samsung. The contrast, the color, the refresh rate are just top notch. I looked at the B and the G series and this was the perfect blend of performance and price. I use an HD antenna in the attic and it perfectly integrates with the LG Channels app seamlessly. Even the built in speakers are decent although I use a sound bar. Fast processor. I use a wired LAN from fiber internet and this thing smokes! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 65-inch LG 4K TV, and overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The picture quality is outstanding—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the 4K resolution really makes a noticeable difference, especially when streaming movies and shows. Everything looks crisp and immersive. The setup process was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. The smart TV features are a huge plus—the interface is user-friendly, and apps like Netflix, YouTube, and others load quickly without lag. I also appreciate how smooth the navigation is when switching between apps or inputs. Sound quality is decent for a flat-screen TV, though I would recommend a soundbar if you’re looking for a more cinematic experience. The design itself is sleek and modern, fitting nicely into my living space without being bulky. Overall, this TV offers great value for the price. Between the picture quality, smart features, and ease of use, it’s definitely a purchase I feel good about and would recommend to others looking to upgrade their home entertainment setup.

Its a great oled tv and the anti glare tech seems to work great bc im able to enjoy it in a pretty well lit room where as my old lg oled it would be a nightmare. Also interface response is snappy and the remote is the best one ive ever used. Also sound quality is way better than my 5 year old lg oled.

First OLED and I wanted one of the best. It did not disappoint. This is my third LG and the menu is not the most intuitive but I've adjusted over time. Magic remote is probably overrated given I've had it on multiple tv sets. I'm awaiting some more software updates but the rest of the tv is great and that is what matter most

I couldn’t be happier with this LG C5 OLED TV. The picture quality is absolutely incredible, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and amazing brightness. Movies, sports, and gaming all look fantastic. The OLED panel delivers excellent contrast, and the 4K resolution makes every detail stand out. The setup process was quick and easy, and the webOS interface is smooth and user-friendly. Gaming performance is outstanding thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate, low input lag, and HDMI 2.1 support. Everything feels fast and responsive. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a thin TV, although it pairs perfectly with a soundbar. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations and is worth every dollar. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium viewing experience.
