This is a great television. Having just sadly had to say goodbye to my beautiful plasma after 15 years, and being worried about this transition to OLED, I am so pleased to see this incredible range of tonality and adjustability. Film can be made to look great and sports has never looked better. This is a great bargain as well considering what it offers. I was close to getting the 77" but that might have been too big and very happy with the 65". I am not using the internal audio, so no review of that.

Great picture. Very clear and crisp. Thin screen. The tv no longer drops out and restarts in the middle of streaming. Excellent for gaming. You wont be disappointed in this tv. Get yours now with Black friday deals.

TV is incredible. Took some fine tuning to get the settings right, but significant upgrade from a several years old Vizio P series I had. 4K Dolby content from AppleTV is probably the best I have personally seen on a tv

Upgraded from a Samsung 4k UHD smart TV and I’ve been blown away by the picture quality in the LG OLED. Definitely worth it. Would highly recommend it to anyone debating whether they should get one.

Lovecthe quality and overall look. Can go without AI tech that is included in TV. overall brightness in lighter rooms is ok but there are better options. Definitely a TV worth getting for price and performance

Amazing picture! The picture is even better than expected! As noted in other reviews, the remote is not the best with the mute achieved by holding the volume toggle down for a short period (happens when not intended). The sound output is better than expected but use home system when desired

This really is one of the best TVs out there today. The picture is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is decent for the tiny speakers. Better than many other modern TVs. I like the fact that it has a centered base and not feet at the edges like so many other TVs do as well. I only remove the one star because the TV's menu system is somewhat labyrinthine and frustrating. But, once it's set up, I'm just using it with my Apple TV box, which then becomes the primary menu system for me.

Beautiful picture. very user friendly. the only negative is IF you need headphones, there is only 1 audio output. you can either use a soundbar for great sound, OR headphones, but it does not have the capibility to do both. We did exchange this one for a Samsung that had 2 audio outputs

So far, so good. I'm very happy with my new LG OLED 65" Smart TV which replaced a 16-year old "non-Smart" 55" Samsung. The picture is very sharp and the colors are lifelike without being overly bright. And it transpires that it's the perfect size for my living room--I can now see the screen more clearly than with my previous TV.

Excellent! We have a C1 with just about 10k hours on it. Still looks great, but it’s time to take some of the load off! Anyone considering moving up during the holidays…go for it. This unit is an improvement in every way except that hideous remote which is actually worse than the last version. And that’s saying something. Gaming is plenty bright and smooth. Filmmaker mode is what it is for every television…not as bright as the other modes can be, but that’s the nature of the beast…use Cinema Home instead and that boosts things just enough to stay within the artist intent while brightening the image.

This TV has been wonderful! It's simple to set up, and the colors, brightness, and the blacks are great. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good OLED TV.

Beautiful picture and the sound bar makes a perfect combination. The staff in the store did an excellent job in helping to pick the right TV and sound bar combination. The Geek Squad staff not only set up the TV and sound bar quickly and professionally, but also set up our PlayStation, Xbox, Wi-Fi and internet for best options possible. All round great experience. Once again……Best Buy exceeded all expectations.

LG TV's are always have good quality, the picture image is clear and vibrant. It had way less light reflection, so you always are going to see a good quality picture. Only downside is the AI could be better update, hopefully they release a update in the future. Another down side is the remote, it feels that it lags and is weird to use, i think it need improvement, other than that complain the TV is nice.

Great tv with great colors and great refresh rate.

Bought it purely for it's picture quality and price. It's fine. You would think that somewhere, anywhere, in the limited instructions given in the box or online at the company website that it would be mentioned that these TVs are out of the box set for store display. You have to get into the settings and find where that is located and turn that off.

I’ve only had this TV for a month so haven’t utilized all it has to offer yet. I can say the color and sharpness is top of the line and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Outstanding TV that I shopped for over months. The LG OLED C5 is the there is with the exception of the very expensive C8 or the high-end Sonys. TheC5 is only slightly more expensive than the C4 so it really is the best value for a 55” or 65” (mine). I shopped Amazon and eBay for months but found the “best buy” at Best Buy with an open box unit that someone returned to swap the 65” for a 77”. My only complaint is that the Geek Squad did not reset the unit and it took a couple of wasted hours of set up before I realized a full reset was necessary to get rid of the former owner’s information.
