Associate was very knowledgeable and patient with the wife and I as we couldn't decide between a 55" or a 65 " LG OLED.

I recently bought the LG OLED C5 from Best Buy, and I can confidently say this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and razor-sharp detail that makes every movie and game feel lifelike. The motion is buttery smooth, and paired with my PS5 pro, it’s an unbeatable experience. The C5’s brightness and contrast are next-level, and the OLED technology really shows off in dark scenes — it feels like watching a high-end theater screen right in my living room. The sound quality is surprisingly good for built-in speakers, and the sleek, modern design makes it look premium from every angle. Huge shoutout to the Best Buy team as well — they were super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best setup and warranty. The delivery and installation were fast and smooth too. If you’re on the fence about upgrading — do it. The LG OLED C5 isn’t just a TV; it’s an experience.

My 1st time actually buying an LG TV- I am really happy with the performance and the crisp graphics detail. Sound quality is great even without a sound bar. At least from my perspective- I mounted on the wall in the family room and it complements our entertainment center. In reference to the apps and LG Web owned apps, I haven’t had an issue with any of them, however there are lots of free movies and games that you can obtain through their apps. I will report back in a few months for any updates. So far it’s working great. Thanks

Amazing TV. Colors start unsaturated but you can quickly adjust settings to get it where you want it. This is a TV that makes you want to use it. Makes you want to Game On It. So get the insurance and use the heck out of it. Sound also surprised me. Surprising amount of base for a TV speaker. Didn't really enjoy the AI sound mode because it made messed up the balance of background audio and people speaking. But once I customized the standard mode to my liking, oh my God. Personally works even better if you pair it with a streaming device that supports Dolby vision! I love my Roku Ultra with this TV!

This is a phenomenal TV! The screen is gorgeous and the OS is realy good and snappy too. The colors are deep and rich and with an OLED the black levels are amazing. It is a phenomenal value for the money!

Excellent picture. Very good sound. The new Remote isnt as good as my previous one. Fortunately I still have the old one and it works fine with the new TV.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this TV. The sound is rich, clear, and surprisingly powerful — voices are easy to hear even without turning the volume up high. Dialogue comes through cleanly, and the overall audio quality makes watching movies and shows much more enjoyable. The picture quality is just as impressive. Colors look vibrant and natural, and the screen delivers sharp, detailed images with great clarity. Whether watching fast-moving action or darker scenes, everything appears smooth and well-defined. Overall, this TV offers an outstanding viewing and listening experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sound and crystal-clear picture quality.

Its OLED, so you know the picture is unrivaled. Simply top notch display! The TVs software is nice, and highly customizable. I did have to spend about 20 minutes removing all of the ads that are activated by default; i dont want to be sold iced tea and tampons by my tv UI. The remote, on the other hand, leaves a ton to be desired. Instead of having a simple PLAY button, it has a universal scroll-wheel button that makes everything 3x more difficult than it needs to be. Using the remote like a mouse on the tv screen sounds cool, but in actuality, its terrible. Honestly, if I had known how much I disliked the remote, I might have reconsidered to another brand tv… so it loses a star for that bad remote design.

Picked up this LG C5 65" OLED TV from Best Buy as an Open Box item at a really good price. It was classed as "Good" condition which had me worried but it turns out that was only because it didn't include the original box. Who cares? :) Everything else was there in literally brand new condition and the picture quality is awesome. Not a hug fan of the new LG remote but other than that, it doesn't get much better than this!

This LG 65" C5 series OLED tv has exceeded my expections. The brightness and sharpness of colors and blacks is amazing. I have it in my family room which is relatively bright and it is great even during the daytime. I don't play any games and only use it to watch sports and movies. This is my first LG and it replaces a curved Samsung. I got a great price by getting the 2025 model instead of the 2026. I have no complaints at all with this purchase. I absolutely recommend this TV.

This 65” LG TV is perfect for the space we have for it. Picture is excellent. We are learning the remote. We worked with Treasa in the store to select the TV. She made good recommendations on the wall mount hardware and getting a new surge protector - which was needed since our old one was over 7 years old and the indicator for protected wasn’t working anymore. She also helped us get a sound bar and set up the installation. We had to wait a week for installation but it was worth it. Shane and his partner (sorry, don’t have his name), delivered all the hardware. Centered and mounted the TV on the wall, turned on the TV and ran an OS upgrade for it, then did a quick training session on using the remote to connect to cable, DVD player and streaming. Done in an hour. Worth every penny of the set up fee. Thank you all!

the best tv i have ever owned and i have owned tvs for over 50 years...all brands and types lg has nailed it...you will not be disappointed with this tv i promise you...i just cant say enough about it...you must see it to believe it...thanks lg and best buy

Super great picture quality. Bright enough in my bright living room. Sound is also pretty decent straight from the TV.

Best television I've had hands down. Even coming from an older 4k HDR LCD the difference is mind blowing. Everything looks a ton better. Settings menus are deep, but accessible, adjusting settings for different content is a breeze. Sound is a little tinny or boxed in sounding with the 2.2 down firing system, but I can hear everything and there is bass. If it bothers me too much I can just get a sound bar.

Good quality resolution and image good sound and brightness for the price

Amazingly thin form factor which is great because it's not in a place I can mount it. Awesome blacks and crisp whites...would recommend. Also, the first LG remote I don't loathe. Highly recommended.

Huge improvement over my 2017 WebOS TV that would randomly lock up or reboot on its own. OLED displays do not disappoint. Viewing angle is the biggest benefit in my wide-ish living space. Picture clarity is amazing with my AppleTV content. Built-in speakers are adequate and usable, but my external receiver setup is still much better. Still not a WebOS fan, but I spent a little time with it and was able to remove all the unwanted noise and made it easy to find my frequent selections which is just LiveTV and AppleTV. "AI" tuning the picture to your liking seems little gimmicky, but it does work, you can go nuts with it if you want. Would not have paid original price, but recent fall sales make it very attractive.

The brightness is unmatched as well as the general build quality of this tv. It feels premium without breaking the bank. This is my first oled and I am more than satisfied with the outcome. I have not had second thoughts about returns or exchanges.
