Best Buy took care of it and delivered a new one. The new one has a great picture. I guess i just got a lemon. Best took care of it immediately

65 Inch Upgrade

The C1 still has amazing picture quality, but I wanted to go for a larger screen size. The picture quality on the C5 is even better. The stand was easier to assemble and less bulky, which is nice. The stand raises the TV up just enough to fit a soundbar underneath without blocking the screen.

Super vivid, not overwhelmingly bright or dim perfect balance. Tv sound normally isn’t very good and have been contemplating buying a sound bar but the sound from this tv is like having a soundbar. Overall would highly recommend! Interface is easy to use, setup was easy, remote with the “pointer” makes life easy.

Love all the sound settings. We were able to get rid of our sound bar and box that had to be added to our old TV. Would highly recommend this TV!!!!
