Very light ( weight) made installation a breeze. Nice bright picture, amazing contrast and color. Easy setup of webOS to suit my preferences. I don’t use the internal sound, so I can’t say anything about the quality. So far I am pleased!

Excellent! We have a C1 with just about 10k hours on it. Still looks great, but it’s time to take some of the load off! Anyone considering moving up during the holidays…go for it. This unit is an improvement in every way except that hideous remote which is actually worse than the last version. And that’s saying something. Gaming is plenty bright and smooth. Filmmaker mode is what it is for every television…not as bright as the other modes can be, but that’s the nature of the beast…use Cinema Home instead and that boosts things just enough to stay within the artist intent while brightening the image.

Great product great quality and image. Also, love the sound and all the apps it has makes it easy to manage all streaming in one place.

This is the third LG OLED TV for us. The bad news is that the first two ended up with “burn in” and had to be replaced. The latest 65 “ has a remarkable increase in brightness and detail. The promise from LG is that they have incorporated new technology that guarantees no “burn in. The additional guarantee from LG is the incorporation of AI technology as well as new capabilities for screen variety and channel options. The main concern I have as a customer is that LG has reverted to managing the customer’s responsibilities for registering the TV with LG to managing the new interfaces with no paper instructions! The complexity of this customer experience requires more than online interaction. We are not sure if we will ever get to understanding and managing the capabilities of this TV!

This tv has great color and definition even in a room with a lot of daylight. The sound could be better, but none of the big screen tv manufacturers offer good sound quality.

I have owned three LG oled TV's and this one is the best. Much better and easy to set up. LG makes the best oled TV's

The color and the deep blacks are outstanding on this TV. Sound is above average on it. I would purchase this TV again

Love the C5 TV's across the board. Picture quality is great and if you can catch it on a good sale its a decent price for the money.

Great TV right out of box. Plugged TV in, it immediately picked up my home WF, I programmed TV, and have enjoyed it since purchase!

The sound is excellent, and it’s very easy to use. Watching movies, sports, and TV shows is an amazing experience. I've bought lg televisions for many years matter of fact we currently have five of them throughout our home. Great product at a reasonable price

Outstanding TV that I shopped for over months. The LG OLED C5 is the there is with the exception of the very expensive C8 or the high-end Sonys. TheC5 is only slightly more expensive than the C4 so it really is the best value for a 55” or 65” (mine). I shopped Amazon and eBay for months but found the “best buy” at Best Buy with an open box unit that someone returned to swap the 65” for a 77”. My only complaint is that the Geek Squad did not reset the unit and it took a couple of wasted hours of set up before I realized a full reset was necessary to get rid of the former owner’s information.

OLED is where it is at! Between the unsurpassed contrast, and beautiful colors, the brightness of these newer OLED's is prefect, even on bright rooms.

I absolutely love this television. The color is crisp, speed is top notch, and the apps update without slowing it down.

Love the picture quality and the sharp dark imaging. Usually have a hard time seeing with dark videos now we can see full detail even in the darkest scenes.

This TV is amazingly clear. Once we figured out how to down load the apps we were good to go. The sound on the TV is good as well. I did go buy a sound bar but it really sounded fine without out.

My 65" CX is just about hitting the 5 year mark. Still looks amazing, still love watching movies on it. But I also know it's been in use for nearly 5 years, and if I could have a brand new CX next to it, I'd see a difference in the brightness levels. It's just a fact of life with OLED. But since any dimming has been so incremental over so long, I can't tell. But 5 years is probably about the longest I've EVER had a TV, so it was time. From the reviews I saw that this one had amazing brightness levels and high quality visuals, so it seems a great choice since it was on sale. I don't use the built in stands, since I need mine raised up higher than the Klipsch RP504 center channel in front of it. So this was mounted on the same third party stand I used for the previous several TV's that raise it up. Setup was simple enough, but for me, since I only use this as a monitor (everything is controlled through my AVR and any smart apps I rarely use are done from the Apple TV 4k box) it did not take much to get it in play. I have a lot of things connected to my AVR. Xbox Series X, PS5, higher end PC for a media center experience for all my non disc movies. High end 4k player, even a Nintendo Switch 2 and the aforementioned Apple 4K box. All of them look amazing here. Now, one reason I likely never noticed the dimming my CX OLED had to have been goign through is that I have blackout shades everywhere since I also use this room for an Epson UST laser projector. So I generally have it pretty dark, even in the middle of the day. And that fact meant that I ultimately had to dial DOWN the brightness on this new C5 OLED to about 80%. And it's still shocking compared to what the CX did. All the files I have in 1080 and 2160 look great on here, and streaming things look great, but once I pop in a 4k disc, it's just awe inspiring... The picture clarity, the lack of the normal local dimming effects on a non OLED on a dark picture... You can't explain or describe the difference between a non OLED and something like this, even to someone like me who had an OLED now for 5 yeras, and has OLED screens for all computers and even the laptops. This one is just that impressive compared to what I was used to. I do a LOT of gaming, and never had any burn in issues with the CX over 5 years, so I don't expect this one should be any less resiliant. Absolutely the best TV I've ever had.

This is a great television. Having just sadly had to say goodbye to my beautiful plasma after 15 years, and being worried about this transition to OLED, I am so pleased to see this incredible range of tonality and adjustability. Film can be made to look great and sports has never looked better. This is a great bargain as well considering what it offers. I was close to getting the 77" but that might have been too big and very happy with the 65". I am not using the internal audio, so no review of that.

The up conversion on smaller resolutions is phenomenal. Dark blacks and blinding colors. Only drawback is the smart remote is garbage. Hard to keep the cursor on any one place to select.
