Being a long term customer I bought an iPhone 17 pro a few months ago and had to go to the store about 5 times in one week before my phone worked(whole different issue.) Now I bought a 1300 tv, that I’ve wanted forever, I got the excellent open box to make sure I got everything that’s supposed to be with it. Instead DIDNT HAVE THE SCREWS FOR THE STAND AND HAD A TOSHIBA TV REMOTE. BE BETTER GUYS. Since the remote uses infrared I had to go buy another remote, and find some screws to make the stand work. Shouldn’t have to after spending 1300 dollars. Lg c5 rocks tho.

A universal or infrared remote can manage basic power and volume, but the LG Magic Remote is crucial for the "point-and-click" cursor, voice commands, and calibration via its built-in microphone. The Geek Squad in the store didn't help. the salesman was more help full but still having trouble figuring out the 100 things that this TV can do.
