Do Not Do Business with Best Buy.

Under no circumstances should people get products installed by Best Buy through their Geed Squad. My soundbar got installed in the wrong orientation. Best Buy rescheduled the work 4 separate times and cancelled every one of them. I lost other personal appointments due to their incompetence. I finally had to hire an independent to do the installment correctly. I will hand deliver the invoice to them at the Albany Best Buy knowing fare well that they will tear it up and throw it away. I will tell as many people as I know NOT to do business with Best Buy. So dissapointing.

I had to re-learn how to tune into the channels I wanted because it is different from my previous TV. Also, at one point, it did an update, and the audio would not work.
