The 65 inch OLED tv is exceptional. Picture quality and color are excellent. I highly recommend this tv. We are very pleased with the LG tv and highly recommend this tv.

This 65” LG TV is perfect for the space we have for it. Picture is excellent. We are learning the remote. We worked with Treasa in the store to select the TV. She made good recommendations on the wall mount hardware and getting a new surge protector - which was needed since our old one was over 7 years old and the indicator for protected wasn’t working anymore. She also helped us get a sound bar and set up the installation. We had to wait a week for installation but it was worth it. Shane and his partner (sorry, don’t have his name), delivered all the hardware. Centered and mounted the TV on the wall, turned on the TV and ran an OS upgrade for it, then did a quick training session on using the remote to connect to cable, DVD player and streaming. Done in an hour. Worth every penny of the set up fee. Thank you all!

Super great picture quality. Bright enough in my bright living room. Sound is also pretty decent straight from the TV.

Huge improvement over my 2017 WebOS TV that would randomly lock up or reboot on its own. OLED displays do not disappoint. Viewing angle is the biggest benefit in my wide-ish living space. Picture clarity is amazing with my AppleTV content. Built-in speakers are adequate and usable, but my external receiver setup is still much better. Still not a WebOS fan, but I spent a little time with it and was able to remove all the unwanted noise and made it easy to find my frequent selections which is just LiveTV and AppleTV. "AI" tuning the picture to your liking seems little gimmicky, but it does work, you can go nuts with it if you want. Would not have paid original price, but recent fall sales make it very attractive.

Beautiful television. Love the darkest of black and the variable refresh rates. Makes my playstation 5 pro reallllly show its power

This is a great television. Having just sadly had to say goodbye to my beautiful plasma after 15 years, and being worried about this transition to OLED, I am so pleased to see this incredible range of tonality and adjustability. Film can be made to look great and sports has never looked better. This is a great bargain as well considering what it offers. I was close to getting the 77" but that might have been too big and very happy with the 65". I am not using the internal audio, so no review of that.

Such a good purchase! The set-up was easy, and the picture quality is fantastic. Nice little bonus that the tv integrates perfectly with my Bose soundbar. Highly recommend!

Picture quality for the pricepoint is superb. Wasn't sure what to expect being my first OLED, but couldn't be happier with the product. I believe it to be one of the best values in the TV market today because in order to get a superior TV, it would be almost double the price and much lesser quality products are selling for near the same pricepoint.

Beautiful TV, I have always wanted an OLED tv for the longest time and to be able to enjoy whatever I’m watching in this TV is awesome. I got it open box great condition for 984. Complete steal and the TV was in its original box, still had the plastic screen cover. I mean, I couldn’t asked for a better deal!

OLED is where it is at! Between the unsurpassed contrast, and beautiful colors, the brightness of these newer OLED's is prefect, even on bright rooms.

Fantastic upgrade from the c1 model. Still great picture with amazing blacks and now they aren’t as crushed with the added vibrancy.

Outstanding TV that I shopped for over months. The LG OLED C5 is the there is with the exception of the very expensive C8 or the high-end Sonys. TheC5 is only slightly more expensive than the C4 so it really is the best value for a 55” or 65” (mine). I shopped Amazon and eBay for months but found the “best buy” at Best Buy with an open box unit that someone returned to swap the 65” for a 77”. My only complaint is that the Geek Squad did not reset the unit and it took a couple of wasted hours of set up before I realized a full reset was necessary to get rid of the former owner’s information.

Very happy with this product so far. I'm coming from the Sony A8H and I was really not enjoying that TV anymore. It was slow even after clearing data and didn't even sync well with the A7000 sound bar. The C5 has really nice picture even without calibration and is very quick and responsive. I'm not the biggest fan of the OS but overall very solid.

I would recommend this tv to anyone who wants a great OLED TV for cheap! Amazing picture!f

We have not been disappointed! We had to replace our tv suddenly. Luckily I had been researching screen types and knew I wanted the OLED. The morning before we actually bought it I did more research for best brand and model and this was it. It was on sale which was a huge bonus. I had briefly considered a cheaper option but when you see both side by side there really wasn’t any other choice. The review did say onboard sound wasn’t very good and it was spot on. It was a bit tinny. We ended up adding the Sonos Arc soundbar just because it was out primary tv and thought it was worth the upgrade. We would have been fine without the soundbar but we’re happy we did it.

Wonderful set right out of the box. Oled can’t be beat in black levels. Putting the tv into film maker mode gets the colors very accurate.

This is the third LG OLED TV for us. The bad news is that the first two ended up with “burn in” and had to be replaced. The latest 65 “ has a remarkable increase in brightness and detail. The promise from LG is that they have incorporated new technology that guarantees no “burn in. The additional guarantee from LG is the incorporation of AI technology as well as new capabilities for screen variety and channel options. The main concern I have as a customer is that LG has reverted to managing the customer’s responsibilities for registering the TV with LG to managing the new interfaces with no paper instructions! The complexity of this customer experience requires more than online interaction. We are not sure if we will ever get to understanding and managing the capabilities of this TV!

The brightness is awesome and the sound is like an external speaker. I have never had an LG television before but with this purchase I will have it in all four bedrooms
